24 m2 studio, with independent equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. The studio is completely independent, it is part of a typical Landes house that we live in. This old renovated farmhouse dates back to the 1800s, so we took special care with the furniture to combine past and modernity. Guests will enjoy a large garden with a south-facing private terrace and private parking. We are 10 km from Dax city center and 35 minutes from the ocean.
