Quaint cottage overlooking Beurys Lake...or as my dad lovingly says..."its more like a shallow pond". For those who love a sweet quiet cottage get away with a gorgeous view, this is the perfect place for you. Kayaks and a small boat are here for your use...on my shallow, but pretty lake. Cottage has recently been renovated with love. 2 Queen bedrooms on main level…one with private full bath. Loft area has 2 twin beds…not navigable by very young kiddos or some adults (access is with a ladder)

Large room, clean and comfortable. Easy parking and the general store next door is nice. It's on the third floor but the AC kept it nice and cool even in 90 degree weather. I would stay again.

everything on the stay was ok until we noticed that was a leaking from the bathroom right above the stove. I messaged to get fixed they were able to send someone in but he left in the middle the work to attend another emergency. When we came from work at night no water in the house. After speaking with the owners they were trying to get someone else, but nothing happened after 1 hour, so I end up going to hotel with the crew. Steph I want my refund.

We travelled to Pottsville for an extended family's funeral. My brother in law is from the area and sent us some options. We chose the cottage b/c we loved the look of it and it seemed like the perfect size for my husband and I. The photos online were exactly what we found upon arrival. We loved every inch of the place. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. Check in was simple - we were told we could get in sooner if we arrived early. Earl and Dave emailed us with all necessary info and responded very quickly if we messaged them. They left us so many snacks and drinks. The shower was also wonderful - great water pressure (so important to me :) ) It was rainy while we were there and the fireplace was cozy. There was a Dollar General less than 2 miles away for supplies. Everyone we met knew of Dave and Earl and had nothing but praise for them, and the Cottage. Clearly they are well respected in the community and the location is highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay! My wife and I booked this pretty last minute to break up a trip from NY to VA. We brought along our dog and cat. We absolutely loved the house and the decor. The fully fenced back yard and deck were a big plus for the dog! If we ever find our way back to this neck of the woods, we will 100% be booking with Donald again.

We enjoyed everything about Matt's house. It was extremely spacious. Very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. My husband and kids loved the trails and also loved that the trail started directly behind the house. The hot tub was a great bonus. We showed up to the house and everything was perfect. It rained for the first 2 days we were there but the game room kept us a bit entertained. All in all, Matt's house was absolutely beautiful and we would love to visit again.

The place was bright and welcoming. The different flavors of coffee and creamer were a treat, sitting on the porch listening to the birds and watching the sunrise in the morning. Another pleasant surprise, now that I have slept on a sleep numbers bed I am looking to buy one! I haven't slept that good in a long time. Everything was just a hop, skip and a jump away. From the great little cafes and thrift stores to a short ride to Harrisburg for the museums, we loved the stay and will be making this our home away from home when visiting the grandchildren ❤️😊

George and Jason were a pleasure to communicate with and their cabin is beautiful. The layout and decoration is tasteful and charming. My kids and I were looking for a place to go to that would feel interesting and different and this checked all the boxes. Everything was well organized and being on a farm was delightful.
