The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

The view goes over the small village of Obervellach into the nearby mountains, where in winters and summers many sports activities allow you to relax, unwind and have fun. The apartment is spacious, with a large living and kitchen area, where there is plenty of space to linger.

Dishes, microwave, coffee maker as well as bed linens and towels are available. In winter, 30 meters to the ski bus. You are welcome all year round. Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Se d'inverno arrivate tardi fatemelo sapere così alziamo prima il riscaldamento.
