Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Positano

This was truly one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. It was so beautiful and well maintained and couldn’t have had better views of Positano, both the sea and the hillsides. Anna Maria was the perfect hostess and supplied us with extra food for our first night, coffee, pastries, eggs, milk and snacks plus a cold bottle big prosecco. The patio was lovely in the evening for a glass of wine and the view. The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows. Thebathroom was well stocked with a great shower. Great to have a washing machine and a clothes line to hang things. Finally Anna Maria was great at setting up rides and reservations and had great recommendations for restaurants. For a great experience, this is where you should stay! We will be back!

Our base was Sorrento but we wanted to get the full nighttime experience of Positano, so we were lucky enough to book Enzo’s apartment for one night. We were met by Rosealba and her daughter who showed us around the apartment and told us how everything worked. The view from the terrace was just stunning. You have to see it to believe it. There were also plenty of seating areas on the terrace to sit and enjoy the view. As we were only there for one night, it suited our needs perfectly, with all of the main shops in walking distance downhill. Just 2mins walk up the hill slightly there was a lovely little shop selling pastries, coffee and gelato which was very handy. Overall we loved our stay on Positano and would definitely book to stay at Enzo’s house again.

The views, location, privacy, cleanliness and amenities were all a 10 out of 10. We like to cook so the full kitchen and huge outdoor patio and dining table was perfect. The grocery store is 100 feet away has good quality but a limited selection. Their prosciutto is amazing as is the bread but you need to ask for it, it isn’t displayed. For fresh seafood, we found Pescheria CICA by the beach. During our two night stay, we walked to the beach and back up the hill about 5 times which was great exercise but not possible for those with limited mobility. There is a bus option to make it back up the hill but we didn’t try it. Thank you Claudia for a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay, Adriana was amazing, her goal was to make guests comfortable, with all the knowledge needed, small or large advice given. Friendly, welcoming, helpful, always happy to help to make your holiday and experience in Pompei out if this world. Neighbourhood was friendly, and quiet. Lovely to come back to, rest by the pool after a long day walking. Well recommended air bnb.

Having traveled extensively through Europe we were a little doubtful about the consistently exceptional reviews of this apartment but here we are adding our 100% recommendation. The apartment is beautiful and the location provides access to several day trips, including Positano and Amalfi, assuming you ever want to leave the balcony. The views are stunning so staying put is a valid choice! What sets this Airbnb apart however are the hosts. Never have we had hosts who were so helpful and invested in our stay. On the day we arrived, Angela and her husband drove us to the market to buy provisions (we could have walked but they wanted to save us the trip up the stone steps). Every day Raffaele checked in with us to provide recommendations, advice, or to offer to arrange transportation- sometimes by him! He sent detailed pictures for directions and checked in to be sure we found the bus stops etc. There are a lot of steps, so bring your sneakers and enjoy this amazing property.

The view was unreal. Easily one the best in Positano. Getting to the place was way easier than most spots (not a million steps!). The host was super kind and helpful, and the place felt like home. Great jumping-off point for Amalfi adventures. Would come back in a heartbeat.

We will never forget our first trip to Italy and the views from this beautiful property will forever be imprinted in our memories. If you are looking for an authentic experience away from tourists and crowds, but surrounded by beauty, this is your place. Where to start... prior to our arrival she provided her information so she could help pick us up with our bags and give us a personal tour. She treats her home with pride and her guests like family. Giovanna and her family all helped make our stay memorable and comfortable. She was flexible with us since we had a late wedding to attend and really cared about us personally. She remembers the little details like what you like for breakfast and even wished my husband a happy birthday. The view is beautiful, the room is cozy, her food is made with love and my heart is so full. My husband and I left feeling so cared for. Everyone is respectful of space and Giovanna is just a lovely person I hope to visit again. If you want an ordinary experience go elsewhere but if you want something extraordinary visit Giovanna <3

Cannot say enough about this fabulous stay. Fabrizio met us at the train station and carried our luggage as he toured the neighbourhood for us. Showed us around the apartment and answered all of our questions. He also scouted out gluten free restaurants for us as I am a celiac. Top 10 greeting.

The views were spectacular from the apartment and the private rooftop! The apartment was very large. Having the elevator from the parking garage on the main road up to the house was very nice and saved a ton of time.

We have just had a lovely week at Rosa place. Rosa has been so helpful with tips and recommendations. Her apartment is very central in the old town and getting about was easy . The apartment was lovely, once you had got up the 80 steps but a jacuzzi bath to soak tired bones and feet made it worth while.🤩. There are plenty of lovely eating place close by and you are not too far from the airport. Rosas place us an excellent place to stay in Naples

Mario’s property was amazing !! Even better than the photos. The view was amazing and it was the perfect space for my boyfriend and I. It was the perfect in between from Amalfi and Positano. We rented a car and parked at the property and day triped everywhere. It was absolutely perfect. Everyone at the property was so nice and attentive. The little town was so cute and had everything we needed! Thank you again for everything!

Luigi was a great, communicative host! We stayed before our flight out of NAP the following day. Luigi provided clear instructions on how to access the apartment, and was very friendly through the whole process. Once we arrived, it was exactly how it was advertised - a gorgeous rooftop apartment with a beautiful terrace. Luigi provided all that we needed and then some for a brief stay, and even gave recommendations on what to do in the area. Thank you, Luigi!

Airbnb itself is quite spacious. Walking distance to the bus stop or the stair that lead you down to the center. Also has great views of the city

Raffaele’s place was just as described. It is about a 10 minute walk into the top of town but quite easy along the road. The parking space was very useful (though I don’t recommend actually driving in Positano!). The patios were very nice and one included chickens making fresh eggs. Overall a great experience!

A great place for a family or group of friends. You will love sitting outside in the mornings and evenings. Kitchen had coffee and morning treats stocked and everything was very clean and in working order. Washer and dryer was great for our family of 3. Numerous restaurants just moments away. Groceries and bus stop up a bunch of steps but very manageable. Walking up to the unit was a workout, but with pull carry-ons and a backpack each, was manageable if you just take the few stairs to the right of the harbour and then the main road. We took the steps up which was a challenge but we just stopped when needed. Taking the road all the way down to the port was easy - about 25-30 mins. Was an unforgettable stay in one of the most unique cities - thank you so much!

Absolutely book this Airbnb, it’s even more stunning in person! Roberto’s place completely exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice. We were blown away from the moment we arrived and are already planning to return. The spacious terrace offers a breathtaking view, with plenty of seating to relax and soak it all in. It was so peaceful and serene: a place that made us want to stay in and enjoy the home. One afternoon, with the incredible backdrop of the terrace, my boyfriend proposed, it was magical and unforgettable. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including an incredibly cozy bed. The location is ideal, just a short, scenic walk to the main square and its charming restaurants. We also found it easy to visit Amalfi and Minori from Ravello. Roberto is a wonderful host - warm, welcoming, and attentive. He arranged a private driver for us, greeted us at check-in, and offered local tips. He made us feel right at home. This Airbnb is a must!

Awesome stay! I stayed or only one night, but was amazed by the view of the city laying in bed. Fabrizio was very helpful giving me restaurant recommendations and was very accommodating! I would recommend this place to anybody who wants a nice quiet local spot while also getting a breathtaking view of the coast. I will certainly stay here again!

This was mine and my partners first trip away together. We chose Praiano to be out of the way of tourist traffic while still able to soak in the Amalfi culture and still accessible to Positano and Amalfi. Our host was able to cater to a specific need of mine - to have champagne on ice glancing at an extravagant bouquet of white roses. Our host did not disappoint, my partner was positively stunned. The views are amazing, the balcony has plenty of space for sunbathing between different local activities. In addition to my requests, the airBnB itself comes with a lovely bottle of fizz and some classic Italian ingredients to start your self-catering journey which we found to be a lovely touch from our host. Our host was also exceedingly generous allowing us a late check out which was super helpful, though this was only due to no other guests arriving that day. We fully recommend booking this if you're after comfort, quiet and beautiful views as part of your visit to Amalfi.

We had a lovely time at Helgas place in Sorrento! Clean and beautiful space, open and gorgeous surroundings! The check in process was super easy, one of the lovely hosts met with us and showed us everything, really responsive and helpful when we needed anything! We enjoyed a couple mornings in the private courtyard and watching the sunset down on the balcony by the sea! Wondering through the lemon and orange groves was picturesque! Sorrento was a great place to visit, the town and restaurants and beach clubs all within a 20 minute walk We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Sorrento, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Daniela was a fantastic host- she was so incredibly kind and helpful with helping us navigate Positano. Her place is in an amazing location and is truly stunning. I would reccomend staying here to anyone interested. A great experience!
