Holiday rentals with a patio in Posedarje

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's apartment. We were only there one night as a stop over but it met our needs perfectly. The view from the deck area was beautiful. We for sure would stay again if in the area. Ivan was very easy to work with and so were his parents. They were great hosts.

Josip and his daughter Tina are kind, they answer all your questions, their accommodation is impeccable all the furniture is new, extremely clean and there is everything useful. The view of the pond is beautiful, the small welcome gift is a real plus to show you that they are there for you. Private parking space. Thanks again to both of you.

Absolutely wonderful stay. We highly recommend. Beautiful location. In walking distance to the picturesque village. The view is stunning. Right on the water overlooking the mountains. We never tired of the view. Great private pool and easy access to swim in the ocean. We had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Care has been taken to curate tableware, equipment etc. Felt like being in our own kitchen. Arrival and check in was effortless. Meng had prepared little guides with information to support our stay. When we arrived, everything was ready for us to just enjoy and settle in. Spacious open plan kitchen/living room. Big rooms with great beds for a good night’s sleep in absolute tranquility. Impeccably clean. Great terrace with option to barbeque and enjoy the views. Communication with Meng was very good - answers quickly and takes great care of her guests. Highly recommend this wonderful place and excellent host. Hoping to come back.

The whole family of 7 people is satisfied. The apartment looks like the photos and it is a good option for large families with children. The host and her son are very nice and hospitable. Thanks for the delicious quark balls and the delicious figs from the garden! The beach is about 10 min. on foot. And the city of Zadar is also nearby. We find the location of the apartment very convenient, especially because most of the attacks are very not far away and are easily accessible by car. We would recommend the apartment to anyone!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a fantastic time in Villa Dora in Podgradina. The cottage was perfectly prepared – the kitchen was fully equipped (everything you need to cook and serve meals), the bathroom is also impeccable. Every room had air conditioning, which was a huge advantage on hot days. An additional plus was the smart TV and very quick contact with the owner – always available and helpful. The place was completely private, and we had a beautiful heated pool and BBQ grill. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Quiet and peaceful, perfect for a getaway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful holiday in Croatia.

I recently stayed at this fantastic Airbnb for 3 nights. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the village and just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay near the sea.

We really enjoyed our stay in Posedarje. The house is completely new with all the necessary accommodations. In addition, you have complete peace here, you are just a 10-minute walk on the lake and in the village among the locals. The perfect location to get out by car and also only 20km from Zadaar airport. Highly recommended to stay here! A bakery, butcher, department store... All within walking distance. The reception and farewell was also super friendly and warm. In short, a well-deserved 10/10 :-)

Anita welcomed us in a very friendly way and answered all our questions very quickly. The house and around the house is all spanking clean. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The beds are comfortable, which was very conducive to our relaxation. The pool was maintained every morning while we slept and we also enjoyed having a nice cool-down on sunny days. We were able to drive to everything perfectly from the house and had great experiences. At night it gets very dark so we could see the stars very well. It's so nice and quiet that we were able to sleep very well. We will be happy to come back.

A great house with a great pool. Super helpful contact. We felt really comfortable here for just under 2 weeks with two families. Especially the children (7-10) loved the pool. The layout of the rooms for two families is also great. I'll be happy to come soon.

The house was clean, spacious and very well equipped. We greatly appreciated the air conditioning, which kept us at a comfortable temperature during the hot days. The view from the deck was stunning, and we enjoyed the sunsets every evening. The hosts were very kind, hospitable and always available when we needed guidance or assistance. Their communication was quick and efficient which made our entire stay very easy. We definitely recommend this house for everyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in Croatia with a stunning view and all that is needed for a relaxing holiday. We had a wonderful stay. Nataša is very kind and welcoming. The accommodation looks very neat, with all the comforts. Wonderful terrace with a view of the sea. Nice beds and lovely bedding. We enjoyed the peace and the sea very much. If you go snorkeling, you will see many different fish. If you are happy to throw out a fishing rod, that's also worth it. Within half an hour you will be in Zadar, recommended. Within 5 minutes (by car) you are at a large supermarket, where you can find everything. Thanks Nataša!

The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!

My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. In the surrounding villages there are small beaches, but you should consider having a car for exploration, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye gratefully from Vrana, Croatia. ❤️
