Clean and well equipped appartment in a very good location close to national park entrance, fast communication, very friendly welcome. The kids profited of the garden and proximity of the sea. Definitely recommended.

Nika was an amazing host! The place was just as described and our group was very comfortable. Nika went above and beyond in being a great host (e.g. our kids were feeling a bit hot in the home and Nika had 2 new fans sent in a couple hours). She was also very kind, helpful and extremely responsive! The location of the home was also great - we were at a 5 mins driving distance from the happening spots. Highly recommend!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Matea war echt schön, wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Ruhe und der Pool waren super, wir hatten sogar den Pool für uns alleine. Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und äußerst Gastfreundlich, uns wurde sogar ein leckerer Kuchen gebacken, danke nochmal! Uns wurde schnell geholfen, wenn wir Tips oder Hilfe brauchten. Die Ausstattung war, besonders in der Küche, echt gut und mehr als ausreichend um für 4 Personen zu kochen. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Umgebung, ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen, hier ist nur ein kleiner Supermarkt (hat die Größe einer Tankstelle) und sonst ist hier nichts. In 10 Minuten waren wir mit dem Auto am Strand, wir haben eine kleine unscheinbare Bucht gefunden, an der wir ganz alleine waren. Wundervoll! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :-)

Josip was very kind and welcomed us even before the check-in indicated on the App. The apartment was big, had a nice living room. The kitchen had everything you might need! The balcony had enough space for 3 - 4 people to sit and even some clothes to be laid out! We got some restaurant and beaches suggestions and the options were really worth it! Not so close to the centre, but a few minutes away by car from it. Definitely recommended if you hop in Zadar!

Spędziliśmy fantastyczny czas w tym miejscu! Dom położony jest bardzo blisko morza, z widokiem na przepiękne zachody słońca. Z tarasu roztaczał się malowniczy krajobraz, a wieczory spędzane w jacuzzi były idealnym sposobem na relaks. Wnętrze było czyste, zadbane i bardzo wygodne – wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, było pod ręką. Gospodarz był niezwykle miły i pomocny – łatwo było się z nim skontaktować, a na dodatek otrzymaliśmy świetne rekomendacje dotyczące lokalnych atrakcji i restauracji. Cisza, spokój, wygoda - idealne miejsce na wypoczynek!

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Die Unterkunft war wirklich so ruhig gelegen und man war total privat. Es fehlte für die 7. Person immer ein Stuhl/ eine Liege. Wer Angst vor Wespen hat, sollte eher nicht buchen, da diese den ganzen Tag außen am Pool sind und trinken, ansonsten tun sie aber nichts :)

Der Aufenthalt war echt super! Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und richtig schönen Gegend – perfekt zum Entspannen. Alles war sauber und gemütlich. Antonios Mutter ist total herzlich und super lieb, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Antonio selbst war mega zuverlässig und hat immer sofort auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Die Bootstour, die er organisiert hat, war auch ein echtes Highlight. Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Gruß Marvin und Familie

Super séjour. Appartement simple mais idéal pour des vacances d’été. Accès en 2 minutes à une plage privée.

Nous avons passé une nuitée dans cet endroit et tout s'est parfaitement bien déroulé. L'appartement était conforme à la description, propre et très bien situé. Les hôtes se sont montrés disponibles . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et le confort du logement.

Léa et sa maman sont 2 personnes charmantes qui nous ont accueillis avec un large sourire. Nous avons eu des petits attentions à l’arrivée qui nous ont touché. La maison est propre et décorée avec goût. L’espace extérieur est vaste sans vis à vis. Nous avons apprécié la quiétude du lieu tout en n’étant qu’à 20 min de Zadar. A deux pas de l’autoroute et à 1h de grands parcs nationaux. Nous recommandons ce logement.

We had a lovely time. The area and views while driving around were breath-taking. Ivanka was very helpful with solicited and unsolicited advice and the venue was spacious, clean with a stunning view of the ocean and surrounding mountains from the porch. All advertised amenities available. Pebble beach within 10 - 15 mins walking distance. Snorkling the surrounding waters was ok. Clear water, 4 or 5 species of fish, some crabs. You'll want to have water shoes with you.

Vor der Buchung und der Anreise war Saša sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen beantwortete er über dieses Portal seeehr schnell! Bei der Ankuft hat er bereits auf uns gewartet und uns alles gezeigt. Es war kein Problem für Ihn, dass unser Hund (Labradormischling) dabei war. Der Garten war komplett umzäunte und hatte Sichtschutz. Vom ersten Stockwerk hatte man einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Zur Begrüßung befand sich im Kühlschrank kroatisches Bier und Cola. Zum Abschied bekamen wir ein hausgemachtes Geschenk. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Monica. The villa was spacious & had everything we needed. The pool was fabulous! This property is in a very peaceful location and is ideal for exploring the area. You definitely need a car, there's a shop & restaurant 5 minutes drive away & lots to do nearby. This was our first visit to Croatia & we have fallen in love with it! Marta was a friendly responsive host & Monika came every couple of days to keep the pool immaculate. We highly recommend Villa Monika.

We have just come home from a week stay at the villa. We are a family of 5, 2 adults 3 children. The villa was absolutely stunning. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The host was so friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this villa.

Top Unterkunft 😊 Wunderschöne und gepflegte Unterkunft bei der die Bilder auch der Realität entsprechen. Der Check-IN und Check-Out haben wunderbar funktioniert. Sehr nette und höfliche Vermieter die uns freundlich empfangen haben. Das Meer ist leider nur durch einen steilen Berg zu erreichen. Wir haben uns dann dazu entschlossen die naheliegender Strände mit dem Auto an zu fahren. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Weg auch nochmal bei den Vermietern für den schönen Aufenthalt in ihrer Unterkunft bedanken.

Dakujeme za najkrajšiu dovolenku . Vila bola krásna ,čistá a ten bázen top . Hostitelia boli veľmi milí,čakali nas darčeky čo nás veľmi potešilo . Na akékoľvek otázky nám odpovedali rýchlo . Citili sme sa ako doma . Možem len odporučiť . Zadar aj Biograd na moru boli blízko autom cca 30min . More aj pekné mestečko ponúka aj Posederje naozaj pár minut pešo .

This place is amazing, everything what you need on holiday - beautiful view, swimming pool, sea and mountains. The apartment was alsow graet and very cozy, just like home 🙂 Perfect place for unforgettable vacation. Thank You!

We arrived with 3 people at this beautiful house and spend a few wonderful days there. The owners got there just a few minutes after our arrival. They were very friendly and polite. They got some fresh fruits, and different kinds of bread for us. There were some cold drinks, cheese and cold cuts in the fridge, too. Everything was beautiful decorated and we felt comfortable from the first moment we arrived. The pool was awesome (still a little bit cold, but it was a nice refreshment in the afternoons) and everything looked exactly as described! The rooms were very bright and super clean. The check in was easy and the communication was quick and effortless. There are some beautiful beaches in the area, but I would recommend to go there by car. The next beach was less than a 10 min drive and only about 800m away. My friends and I would stay here anytime again! (:

We had a great stay at the Villa. Enjoyed BBQs in the evening and the pool was a perfect for the kids. Lots to do within 30-45 minutes drive in the area. And a pleasant 10 minute walk to the town with a few eating options. 4 min walk to the beach -

The location and the place was perfect. Amazing views, nice pool. Very nice host, very friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend and will return.
