Then you have come to the right place.The apartment that I have to rent is located on the 2 floor of our house.We live in a quiet residential area directly in Siniscola. Parking in front of the house is easily possible. The apartment has 60 sqm. It has a spacious living-dining room,a bedroom, a bathroom and a large south-facing balcony. Double sofa bed in the living room. We speak German and Italian.

Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
