The house is surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, the beach, also suitable for small children, can be reached in 5m on foot, about 200m away. The house has private parking, a play area for children inside the community, two tennis courts In the private garden there is a shower and a barbecue. Chia and other wonderful beaches, a few km away the wonderful archaeological site of Nora. Tourist tax for adults and children over 12 years: € 0.80 per night and per person.
