Beautiful landscape and well-kept garden. The rooms are very clean and fragrant, the accommodation is equipped with all the comforts, it is also in a strategic position that allows you to visit the most beautiful beaches a few kilometers from each other. Valentina is a very nice host, she provided us with a lot of information to visit places of interest nearby. Self check-in was very much appreciated. Thanks Valentina! Absolutely recommended.

Tomasso was very helpful before as well as during our stay. He gave us multiple recommendations of where to go as well as of some potential restaurants to try out. The apartment was located in a great area, with restaurants and historical sights all within walkable distance. The beach was easily accessible by bus which was only a few minutes away. The host always felt approachable and friendly, but never to the point where it would be overbearing. Our stay was overall amazing and if we're ever back in Cagliari, we'd choose this place again for our stay.

The apartment is furnished with a lot of love, very clean and well equipped – from the kitchen to the living comfort, everything you need is there. We particularly appreciated the proximity to the beautiful beaches in the area. Communication with the host was consistently friendly, helpful and fast. If you are looking for a stylish, well-equipped accommodation near the beach, you will feel completely at home here.

We had a great time. The apartment is about 500 meters from the center in a quiet area. It has all the comforts you need. You can eat out. There is a small garden with very comfortable armchairs. I highly recommend it and the hostess is very kind.

Perfect location and very nice and spacious apartment

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. The house is in excellent condition, very clean and well maintained. The host, although not physically present, was attentive and responsive. However, well-organized and available support staff are on site, guaranteeing continuous assistance. The house is independent, inserted in a condominium context with a private courtyard. The garden, completely fenced, makes the environment safe and protected, even for those with children. Outside, the covered veranda is comfortable and functional. For us, it was a fantastic stay, in a reliable and well-managed property.

We felt very comfortable, the bed was super comfortable. is near the airport but was still quiet and we slept well. Accommodation is outside in a garden, you are on your own. On foot, you can reach the city, a pasticceria, a bar or a pizzeria in 20 minutes.

It's a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the peace. A treat for the eye. You immediately feel very welcomed and the surroundings make you relax right away. The host is very friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderful. Our family enjoyed all the peace and beauty of se place.

I was able to stay at Carla's apartment twice during a 6 week work trip. This place is perfect for a work trip! I was especially struck by how good the internet set up is here for working from home after a week trip out of town with very poor internet access. If you're coming to Cagliari for work or will need to work, this is a great space for that. In addition, the space is also very modern and has all that you would need for cooking and dining at home. The location is at the edge of a private residential area but within 1-2 minutes you're on the main shopping street with plenty to do! There is also the terrace, which is lovely. Carla is also very sweet, responsive, and communicative. She kept me updated about things in the apartment and always asked if/when she could stop by if there was an issue.

From the balcony of the apartment you have a beautiful view of the sea and in general it is very well located to reach restaurants or other on foot.
