We had a wonderful stay at Massimo & Danila’s house, which is an architectural gem filled with beautiful details and personal touches. Even in the winter time it was very warm and the fireplace added to the feeling of comfort. We loved the peace and quiet that the house radiates, as well as the surrounding sand dunes and beautiful beaches. Thank you for making our stay so magical & we hope to return.

Antonio's place was fabulous. The apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, well-furnished and quite large. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable for a great stay. Antonio was very kind, thoughtful and responsive. He answered any questions immediately and kindly provided us with suggestions for restaurants, bars and street food (you must try the market and sandwich place he suggests... the sandwiches are to die-for!!! The location is great is close to the archeological site where you can see among many things the Greek theatre and getting to Ortigia is a 25 minute walk, but I would suggest you drive there or if going at night, take a taxi/uber back if you don't have a car. If you have a car, it's easy to get to other spots such as Ragusa, Noto, Modica or take a hike to Cava Grande Overall, it was an extremely pleasant stay. Thanks Antonio!

The landlord will come to open the door and introduce the house in detail. You can park anywhere in the unmarked parking area. The main street is just down the stairs from the house. It is very convenient. The house is very big. There are two rooms with bathrooms. The roof is high and it is very cool in summer. There is a large terrace with a good view.

Enza was a great host, she was so helpful, kind and responsive. The apartment was perfect and so close to everything but down a beautiful quiet street.

Eleonora's accommodation is extremely well located with a terrace with breathtaking views of the duomo and the other side of Modica. The accommodation is very spacious, with functional equipment. Bedding is good . The street at the foot of the house is a road from Modica Alta and quite noisy with vehicles, but the room overlooking the back is quiet. We were lucky enough to come during the St. George's festivities. Eléonora kindly lent us her garage during this busy period, but in return the street was often closed to traffic, which was a plus for us. You can walk around Modica easily - a lot of walking but it's one of the charms of the city - supermarket and good restaurant nearby. We'd love to come back to this place

Would definitely stay here again. Marisa was super kind and let us keep our bags at the apartment even after we checked out so we could walk around more. The apartment had a lovely balcony view as well. Great location.

Great accommodation! We were there for a week. We especially liked the fantastic beach in the immediate vicinity. The only downside was that there was not really anything for children in the village. The existing playgrounds were very run-down and unusable. But otherwise it was very nice. The host was also friendly and helpful! Clear recommendation!

The one in Casetta Porta Rossa was a fantastic week. Great location, quiet area but at the same time minutes from the center of Noto. In the surroundings there is everything you need: bars to have excellent Sicilian breakfasts, bakeries where you can buy sfincioni, focaccias, etc. for packed lunches, groceries, restaurants, etc. Carla is a responsive host, always kind. We'll be happy to come back!

Perfect accommodation, clean, in a very convenient location and beautiful view. Angelo is an exquisite person, he provides what you need to cook, including condiments, tea and a machine with capsules. We will definitely be back!!

Wow — this place was absolutely incredible! The photos truly don’t do it justice. The views were breathtaking, the location was unbeatable, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The service and accommodations were spot on — very helpful, very friendly, and made us feel right at home. Everything you need is within walking distance, and you’re in the ocean within 60 seconds. We’re already dreaming about coming back, hopefully for a full month next time. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality! Highly recommend.

We loved Corrado’s place. It was much bigger than it looks and incredibly quiet particularly in the bedroom. The location was fantastic, steps from the cathedral and so many wonderful restaurants and things to see. Great to have parking on the road outside although the streets can be tight in places so hire a small car! The apartment was beautiful, immaculately decorated and with everything you need. My only recommendation would be different pillows as they were a little lumpy, and the WiFi was not that reliable but we would 100% recommend regardless. Corrado was helpful with our very late check in due to the flight being delayed, and recommended some great local restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Sometimes I joke about not wanting to review my favorite places for fear it will make my next booking harder. But this is no joke. Francesca and Carlo have a paradise, and I’ll be working hard to get back soonest. We stayed 10 days, visiting Syracusa and Noto, Etna lava and wineries, and found it increasingly difficult to leave even for a few hours. Evenings shift from the cooing of pigeons to the plaintiff call of owls, with the sounds of waves from her almost private coast. The house is rich in family memories, and gorgeously decorated. The ceilings high and rooms airy.The kitchen a gem to use.

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is really great and has a unique view of the Mediterranean. Wenche is a super nice hostess who takes care of everything.

We felt super comfortable in Charlie's vacation home from the beginning. Everything was as described in the ad and nothing was missing. We particularly enjoyed cozy breakfasts and dinners on the two terraces or the first coffee of the day on the roof terrace with sea view. My favorite place was the hammock - also with sea view - where you could relax wonderfully. The holiday home is also a perfect starting point for various excursions. For example, we found it super nice in/on "La Spiaggia della Riserva Foce dell'Irminio", which is only about 10 minutes away by car. The personal contact with Charlie was very nice and informal. He is an attentive, but still totally unobtrusive host, who has plenty of tips for restaurants, excursions, etc. And we also got fresh eggs from the chickens. We would book the vacation home again at any time! Thank you, Charlie, for letting us be your guests :-)

Pino was really responsive, gave great advice re local restaurants and shops etc. the place was ideal - lots of room, great parking right outside, handy shower outside after days on the beach, ideally located to explore the surrounding areas whilst staying in somewhere that felt less touristy

Perfect house for 4 adults on vacation, new and very well maintained, very pleasant patio in the evening. Excellent location very close to the promenade and various services, Paolo is a very kind host and ready to assist us during a blackout

We loved the apartment and Ortigia very much In a great spot , very much in the heart of village life , the window doors were amazing blocking out sound. Communication and support with host was excellent Virginia and Michael

Giuseppe is a wonderful host - very helpful, kind and considerate. We felt at home with him. The property is wonderful! Very close to the sea, with a wonderful bay and almost no tourists. If you want to relax from the hustle and bustle, Giuseppe's house is perfect! You will find everything you need for your vacation: a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with a comfortable bed and a private garden with sun loungers, table and chairs, barbecue area and outdoor shower. It is a great starting point for exploring Catania, Taormina or Syracuse. In the area there are many grocery stores, a pharmacy and a hospital, but to enjoy all the services you will need a car, which you can rent at the airport or in Augusta. Great place, was very cozy and just the trick for a short trip where you can take a 20 minute walk to the city center. The outdoor patio was also great.

This house has a great location for getting to Ortiga and using the public bus. The home has everything you need for a short stay. Alberto was very helpful and gave us good recommendations.

Great place, within walking distance beach, restaurants, transport. Hosts lovely people , very thoughful and caring, went out of way to help. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is very spacious, with three bedrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The absolute highlight is the spacious outdoor terrace with another kitchen, barbecue, outdoor shower and even a separate toilet. In addition, there is a second terrace at the entrance area, perfect to enjoy the sunset – which was particularly pleasant this time of year as it was not too hot. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stefania welcomed us very warmly, was always available and always friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and welcome at her place. We have taken many excursions and love to take long walks by the sea – we can especially recommend Donnalucata. Also the cities of Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa Ibla impressed us with their beauty and atmosphere. We sincerely thank Stefania♥️!

The original place we were booked into was not ready so Pomelia asked if the Petranica resort would be acceptable and we are so glad we took it. The place is amazing. One of the most beautiful pools we have seen. Vincenzo and the rest of the staff could not have been more helpful. The location is also great, convenient to everything by car. We will come back to this place and would give our highest recommendation to anyone else.

Angelo's apartment was perfect for us! Even though the two bedrooms were rather small, it was great because we had the large terrace and the garden in addition to the kitchen. The apartment heats up quite a bit, but there was air conditioning in every room. Ideal for families with children. There are swings and a trampoline in the garden. An outdoor shower, which is very practical when you come full of sand from the nearby beach. We did not use the outdoor kitchen, but everything is available there. The fastest way to get to the beach is via the nearby campsite. The operator has never complained that we walked there. It is important to know that the water is very calcareous. The dishwasher had almost no chance. We helped with lemon juice. But the best thing was Angelo's hospitality. He always helped us proactively (despite the language barrier) and communicated superbly. We felt at home there
