Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Alles war sehr sauber. Der Blick ist wunderschön. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Einzig die Müllentsorgung ist etwas problematisch und man benötigt ein Auto. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen!

Everything was absolutely fabulous. The house was gorgeous and so close to the town and the beach (which is one of the best beaches we’ve ever seen). Thank you Giovanna for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home😀

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt bei Lorenzo! Mein Aufenthalt in Orosei war einfach fantastisch – vor allem dank Lorenzo! Vom ersten Moment an war er unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen, um die traumhaften Strände und die Altstadt von Orosei zu erkunden. Besonders gefallen hat mir die entspannte, authentische Atmosphäre – genau das, was man sich für einen Aufenthalt in Sardinien wünscht. Vielen Dank, Lorenzo, für deine Gastfreundschaft und all die tollen Tipps. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Matteo war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften am Ankunftstag früher rein und am Abreisetag das Haus auch viel später verlassen. Das war super entgegenkommend. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und werden sicher wieder kommen. Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles

An authentic holiday stay in a relaxed and comfortable place. A very responsive and welcoming host Martina and her delightful parents who met us , waved us off , and cleaned the pool . The pool and outdoors was priceless in terms of enjoyment. Surrounded by beautiful views and nature.. pure joy!!! The local beach is in walking distance but obviously a car is required to explore. Overall a perfect holiday experience if you’re looking for a quiet and memorable stay Thank you again Martina for sharing your place with us in a special way.

A lovely & calm location with a pleasurable walk into the town, and very close to a few local shops and restaurants. It was a super location for the beach and also public transport. Both the inside and outside was well equipped and we had everything we needed during our stay. It was great to have an additional shower outside. Flaminia is a wonderful host, who made us feel welcome and at home. She gave us plenty of information from check-in, to recommendations on things to do & where to eat, and an easy check-out process too. We would highly recommend this home for your visit to San Teodoro.

Nice vila with very good location, suitable for 3 families. Big outdoor area, great for children. Paolo, our host is super responsive and he meet all our needs immediately. Early check in and late check out was free of charge, as they didn’t have guests after us.

Very charming villa with a great host and perfect hospitality. Lovely fresh swimming pool. As we were with 2 persons, the lack of a second full bathroom ( in the house) was a minor detail. I would definitely recommand this villa.

Our stay at Anna Maria’s home, Via Mar Nero, was absolutely wonderful. She is truly a gracious host and I could not recommend it enough. We arrived late due to travel delays and she was very kind and showed great patience and waited hours for us to arrive to help us settle in. Then she returned the next morning to help even more. The house is the perfect size and the 2 bathrooms are great. Easy access to world class beaches! We also used it as a home base from which we could thoroughly explore the vast history of the region then return home to peaceful dinners in her beautiful garden. To stock up on essentials you will need before you arrive I would suggest the Conad near the airport. Great prepared food, wine, and essentials like paper products and soaps which you will need. Also be prepared to divide your trash and take it out daily which we were happy to do as recycling keeps the island looking so profoundly beautiful. I highly, highly recommend Anna Maria and her piece of paradise

we completely enjoyed our stay. The back yard pool area was like a spa. house was beautiful!

Extremely great hosts. Antonella and Claudia helped with our first big shop. Really appreciated that. Very responsive when we reported a breakage we noted on arrival. Checked in with us at regular intervals to ensure that we were having a comfortable stay. An electric kettle would have been good as opposed to a stove top one but we did manage fine. Highly recommended

Nous remercions très sincèrement Gabriella de nous avoir confié sa maison dans cet environnement exceptionnel. La vue est sublime sur la mer et la Tavolara. La nature méditerranéenne est magnifique avec un accès privé à une crique, seuls au monde ! L'accueil de Gabriella a été très agréable, très personnalisé. Gabriella a assuré un suivi permanent de notre séjour ce qui a été très apprécié. Une chance de pouvoir profité de cette Maison familiale hors du temps et rare dans une zone si touristique. Un grand Merci à Gabriella.

Die Villa mit ihrer grossartigen Lage und dem Blick aufs Meer mit wunderschönen Sonnenaufgängen und der künstlerischen Innenausstattung hat unsere Ferien auf Sardinien zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Der tiefe Pool mit immer frischem Wasser und die Aussendusche mit Weitblick haben unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Wir kommen wieder!

this house is so beautiful, new and clean. It is perfect for group of friends or families. It is close to the Main Street of the town and restaurants. Our hosts are very kind and warm. We had great time here. I would recommend this house for whom want to visit the north Sardegna.

Francesca’s place is a fantastic find, a charming house with character, spacious bedrooms, luscious garden and that beautiful panoramic view of the sea that we never get tired of looking and enjoying its crystal clear water with white sandy beach. Although sun is shining the wind is a bit nippy. We felt very much at home since arriving. The garden bedroom is brilliant but internet/wifi connection is very poor. So out with our books and board games! The shower outside in the garden is definitely a welcome change but can’t help feeling conscious from would be prying eyes - there was none! We could do with a bigger kitchen to prep our food but it is well equipped. Overall it has been a very enjoyable stay and my family and I will definitely come back to this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay. The home and the views are beautiful, with a gorgeous outdoor patio perfect for enjoying a homemade meal. The location is gorgeous, literally steps from a beautiful beach that has a great little cafe. The kitchen was well equipped, linens were good, and beds were comfortable. Oh and a private parking space, too. Ignazia is a great host. For a peaceful and beautiful escape, I recommend this rental!

Catia et Giuseppe sont des hôtes très accueillants. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, le logement est encore plus beau en vrai! La vue est incroyable, le cadre idyllique et calme, la maison est propre et bien aménagée. Catia a été d’une gentillesse et Giuseppe nous a très bien accueillis. Ils nous ont aussi donné beaucoup de recommandations à faire et à visiter, un accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant. Nous reviendrons c’est certain! Nous gardons plein de beaux souvenirs, merci

Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!

Très belle semaine passés a Palau. Très bon échange avec Guido le propriétaire, et Lorenzo, qui nous a accueili et sont également réactif à nos questions. Le gîte etait parfait, très bien situé pour visiter le nord Ouest de la Sardaigne. Beaucoup de chose à proximité, pas besoin de faire trop de voiture pour se déplacer. Région magnifique. On recommande

Super schöne ruhige Unterkunft mitten in der Natur. Das Haus ist super, sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Es entsprach den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit und würden wieder kommen.

Viola's villa impresses with its unique location. It is only a few steps to the bay and the pool is also beautiful. However, a car is absolutely necessary to enjoy this jewel. The only criticism is that the kitchen is not equipped with the basics. For example, there is no wooden spoon, no salt, pepper or olive oil etc. we would love to come back to Viola next time we are in Sardinia. We were also lucky that the guests before us left early so that we could move into the house early and it was also available for longer on the day of departure - thank you very much Viola. Very much appreciated.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Sardinien in der süßen und gemütlichen Unterkunft von Sara. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und die Größe war für uns völlig ausreichend. Für mehr als 5 Erwachsene würden wir es jedoch nicht empfehlen, da es auf Dauer zu eng werden könnte. Das Haus war gut eingerichtet, die Küche vollständig ausgestattet und es war sehr sauber. Zum Haus gehörte ein wunderschöner Pool, eine praktische Außendusche und eine kleine Kinderecke, die wir nicht genutzt haben. Zu unserer Zeit gab es eine Katze mit 2 Kitten auf dem Grundstück, die wir regelmäßig versorgt haben. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn diese weiterhin versorgt werden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir eine sehr flexible Check in Zeit hatten und somit schon vorher in das Haus durften. Sara war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden nochmal kommen!

Bellissima casa in ottima posizione, facile da raggiungere e con comodo parcheggio antistante. Dalla veranda si vede il mare e le case vicine sono ben dislocate, perciò non si ha la percezione di stare in un posto affollato, e i vicini a malapena si sentono. La piscina assolutamente fantastica. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi in due minuti e i negozi in 2 minuti in auto o in 10 a piedi. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con bambini molto piccoli (12, 18 e 24 mesi) e ci siamo trovati benissimo. I bagni non hanno fasciatoio ma sono molto comodi, e spaziosi quindi si riusciva a cambiare e gestire i bambini in serenità. Paola è stata super gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta e domanda.
