Holiday rentals with a patio in Porto San Paolo

Here you will immediately feel comfortable and at home! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40 m tall, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's a high-level complaint. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! Great private location with plenty of parking right in front of the house. The space was huge, clean, and had a beautiful outdoor patio that made it easy to relax. Just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. I absolutely loved it here—would definitely come back!

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

I had a great stay in this apartment offered by Maurizio. The neighborhood is pleasant and peaceful with its square and the café terrace, the beach within walking distance in a few minutes. Maurizio was very welcoming, helpful, precise, responsive and professional. The guide provided by his Agency is very useful and comprehensive for a pleasant stay. I will most likely come back for a tourist stay this time and with my family. The location is very strategic to fully enjoy the many beautiful beaches nearby. I highly recommend it!

Our stay with Daniela was absolutely amazing. Her communication is fantastic! The villa was better than what we expected. Spectacular views, the decor, and huge closets. Everything was super clean. The stay is something that will forever be remembered. She helped us with some of our issues and actually saved our trip when we had some problems. I cannot explain how fantastic this stay was. We will be back. If you are reading this just book. The price for what you get is truely worth it. The best Airbnb host we have ever had!

The apartment is a bit outside the city but everything is within walking distance, especially the supermarket around the corner is very convenient. Marilia is a great host who responds quickly and has many tips for the area. The apartment is magnificent: very clean, spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a very large balcony. We liked Marco's accommodation very much! Even in advance, we were warmly looked after by Christine, his manager – with a lot of commitment, great tips and fast communication. Among other things, we were allowed to check in earlier, received recommendations and received a detailed description of the way to the accommodation. The apartment was well equipped and we liked it – we were especially pleased with the wine and water provided as a welcome - a nice gesture! The location is great: beach, restaurants, supermarket and ice cream parlors are within walking distance - we could often leave the car. Near the harbor, you have to expect a few mosquitoes, but that hardly bothered us. A huge thank you to Christine, who always responded quickly, kindly and warmly - that's not a given! You can tell that the focus here is on people. 🙏🏻

The house is perfect. It is equipped with everything you need. Everything is there, right up to the washing machine. We were four adults and it was just right with the two bathrooms. In the living area, there is a couch on which two people could possibly sleep. The pool is a saltwater pool that we were really excited about. The pool / terrace has a great location, always sunny, and you can comfortably enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine from here. There are plenty of loungers and seating available. I would like to express a very special thanks to the hosts Carlo and his wife Anna for the very nice contact and the welcome. We will be happy to come back.

Spacious finca surrounded by nature, located in a cul-de-sac (don't be fooled by Google Maps) with only a few inhabitants. The facilities are good and the service is great. Those who prefer hard mattresses will sleep like a baby. There are high-quality insect screens in front of all windows and doors. Thumbs up. Restaurants and supermarkets are about 10-15 minutes away. Sam is very friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

We had a great time staying at the place. There was everything you needed. The kitchen had everything you could want. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The accommodation has a beautiful view and is super located to visit many beaches in the area. In the morning you can see the sunrise and in the evening it is very quiet there. We had an amazing stay here, the location is just outside of the city, it is very nice and quiet with lovely views. Perfect spot to relax and unwind and still a close drive to everything. Mirella is also very friendly and a great host!

Palau is an lovely town to stay and Tomasina is an excellent host. The apartment is in an excellent location with free street parking, a 10 minute walk to the main town area and 5 minutes to a lovely beach. The apartment has a small sunny balcony overlooking the water view and a large covered outdoor area off the kitchen area which was a cool area to sit with a nice breeze in the hot part of the day. Beach bag, towels and umbrella was a nice provision.

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped. The host was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel welcome. Parking was easy and free, we always found a spot on the street right in front of the house. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and it takes only about 5 minutes by car to reach the city center. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.
