Apartment holiday rentals in Porto San Paolo

It was one of the most pleasant stays I have ever had, the apartment, in addition to being clean, has been recently renovated, it is very functional due to the presence of the two bathrooms furnished with taste and impeccable in cleanliness. Well-furnished bedrooms in every detail, nice chromotherapy light on the headboard, each has a clothesline outside the window. The kitchen also has everything you need, new and well-maintained utensils and pots, and airtight containers. Alessandro is an available, friendly and responsive host, he did not miss anything and met all our expectations and needs. A contact not to be missed, we will definitely be back!

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment located in Porto Pollo, Sardinia. As soon as we arrived, we were seduced by the setting: a breathtaking view of the sea, a quiet and preserved environment, and direct access to a magnificent beach. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed to have been thought of to offer maximum comfort: quality bedding, functional kitchen, air conditioning, and a small terrace where we loved to eat our meals. Our hostess' welcome was up to the place: warm, attentive, with valuable tips for discovering the region, and good restaurants. A real little corner of paradise, which we recommend without hesitation.

Maria is an enthusiastic host. She is flexible, communicative and gave good tips. The apartment is super located. Close to shopping street, harbor, beach, restaurants and bars. It is recommended to visit the beautiful area around Caletta from here.

We stayed at the lovely apartment for a week. It looks exactly like the photos and you have a great view of the port of Porto Pozzo. In the village itself there are some restaurants, but a rental car is definitely recommended to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. We would recommend the place at any time 😊

Spacious, spotless, and ideal for a longer stay. The apartment has two air conditioners (living room and bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes – we cooked every day. The highlight was the large terrace with an amazing sea view, where we spent most of our time. Located in a quiet natural setting, yet just a 20-minute drive from Olbia Airport. Grocery store, café, and beach are all within a 5–10 minute walk. Parking is right next to the terrace – super convenient. A beach umbrella was provided and very useful. Check-in was smooth and easy. Marina was friendly and helpful, letting us arrive early and giving great local tips, including a scenic drive through Gallura. We truly appreciated the welcome treats in the fridge! Highly recommended – we would happily stay here again.

Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

We last booked this place due to a change of schedule. Antonio was immediately available to answer our questions quickly. Before arrival, he sent us detailed check-in information, anticipating check-in and postponing check-out without any problem! The house was clean and exactly as described, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. A little dark living area but you can use the outdoor porch to eat while still being sheltered and in privacy. The pool for common use is very nice, clean. The area is quiet, it has a small market nearby (about 10 min walk), ice cream shop and pizzeria/rotisserie. By car in a few minutes you can reach beautiful beaches!!

Great stay at Matteo’s place! Super clean and comfortable, and Matteo was very helpful with local tips and recommendations. Made the trip even better. Highly recommend!

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.

Close walking distance to the beach and town. Nice restaurant just down the street. The property was new, clean and free of clutter.

My wife and I spent a wonderful few days in Sardinia, and Andrea’s apartment was the perfect base for exploring the northeastern part of the island and its beautiful beaches. Andrea was an exceptionally kind and helpful host—always easy to reach and full of great tips. The apartment itself was lovely and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Excellent experience at Lucrezia's apartment, the accommodation is cozy and cared for in every detail that make it original and personal. The added value is the beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a great view (sea/mountain). Keep in mind the tranquility of the place. Lucrezia is a punctual host and available. We definitely recommend it.

The stay and the apartment was very nice. The view of the sea and Corsica from the balcony is beautiful. The location of the apartment is very good. The nearest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Capo Testa can also be reached on foot in 15 or by car in 5 minutes. Santa Teresa can be reached in 15 minutes for strolling, shopping or dining. Many thanks to Antonella and Claudia. Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!

I recommend the accommodation, I would definitely come back!!! It had everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation!! Very well located, in a quiet area, there is a supermarket, restaurant and shops to buy food. The location is great, close to a beautiful sandy beach and equidistant to visit the beautiful beaches of Sardinia The host was super friendly and gave all the directions for an easy check-in and they allowed us to check in earlier 🧡 Thank you, we had a great time

Gloria is 100% reliable, organized and thought of everything! It gives tips for markets and neighboring places. She responds immediately or in a few minutes! The location is perfect for relaxing and you can retreat to the cute apartment after excursions and enjoy the magnificent view at any time of day! The supermarket is just a stone's throw away and has typical Sardinian but also national products at reasonable prices! All the people in the area were very friendly and accommodating. Two restaurants close by! I recommend the Yachting Club Vela Blu, which is very nice and you can also take the pizza to the apartment. I visited 6 swimming coves and beaches in the immediate vicinity. However, there are still countless swimming coves and beaches. Rotondo and Golfo Aranci are 10 min. by car! It was a very nice holiday! Tutto Fantastico!
