Apartment holiday rentals in Porto Recanati Beach

The apartment was even better than the description and photos. It was much more than a rental house, it felt like a second home with all the equipment and comforts of your own home. The view is splendid over the entire Numana coastline, both from the living room/kitchen, from the large patio, and from the upstairs bedroom from which you can watch the sunrise over the sea. The house is equipped with everything you need and that is not normally found in rental houses. Adriana and Franco were very welcoming, helpful and generous: they provided us with basic food, but also various local products that were very welcome. They provided us with all the necessary tourist information and also left us a "gift" that we greatly appreciated. We couldn't have felt better!

Being welcomed by a family and finding yourself part of it for a few days. Simple apartment located in an extraordinary countryside, overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Nausicaa and her family were fantastic, we couldn't ask for more! Super recommended.

The stay at Raffaella's house was very pleasant. The apartment is as described: very cozy and clean. It is strategically located as it is within walking distance of the center while remaining in a quiet and peaceful part of the city. Bus stops are very close as well as a well-equipped supermarket. Finally, a note of merit to the very kind Giampaolo who made himself available to take us to Sirolo from Ancona station both on the way there and back. If you want to feel at home on vacation, choose this solution !!

Sirolo is a gem. We loved the location of the apartment. Right above the square so with the windows open, you are immersed in the action with the sea in view. With the windows closed you are removed. Main bedroom is in the back and so very quiet. Great recommendations and well-appointed. It’s a narrow space and lots of stairs. No issue for us but something to keep in mind. Looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful area.

Valentina and Marco have a lovely place at the quiet end of Citanova Marche. We were a group of 4 adults, an infant and a dog and we were comfortable and felt well cared for. Valentina and Marco accommodated a late check out and provided a lovely crib and high chair. Very responsive and kind - thanks for a pleasant stay!

A beautiful Apartment on the sea coast! It was spacious and very clean. It was quiet with only the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore. We visited nearby Loreto and San Benedetto for somethings to do. Great space that I would visit again!

This was a great place to stay in Ancona in a nice, quiet neighbourhood with all the attractions within walkable distance. The apartment is lovely, all white decor, so very bright, with two large bedrooms and a comfortable sitting room. Michael was the perfect host. He recommended a good restaurant and organised a taxi to the airport. Five stars all round!

Thanks to the Airbnb translation and Davide's quick response, communication was never an issue. We were expected on time, everything was shown and explained to us extensively. A water bottle and a homemade cake from mom were also served to us. Tasted very good with coffee. Otherwise, new top apartment with complete amenities, beautiful sea views from both balconies. Parking for car and our bikes were perfect. You can also rent for €6-8/day. So all around landlord and apartment highly recommended. Many thanks to Davide.

I cannot speak highly enough of Sandro or his apartment. Sandro was very quick to communicate and met us outside to ensure we found the apartment without trouble. He was gracious and charming from the first, telling us about local shopping and restaurants. Sandro's apartment was utterly perfect. 1 minute from the sea, with the spund of the waves lulling us to sleep. it is at the far end of Porto Recanati so completely quiet and peaceful, but also just two minutes to tge supermarket and the first of the beachfront restaurants. It was pristine, spotless, with a view of the sea from the smal but perfectly formedl balcony. Everything one could want in the kitchen, including even enough coffee capsules for 5 days of serious coffee drinkers. Ample safe convenient parking too. And Sandro was very kind and flexible, letting us check out at midday for a perfect end to a perfect stay. Grazie mille, Sandro, torneremo!!!

I stayed a week in Marco's apartment, with my wife and our nine-month-old daughter. They were fantastic days because the apartment was in an excellent location to live the quiet life of Porto Recanati, a stone's throw from the equipped beach, close to restaurants and all the necessary amenities (bars, supermarket, etc.) within walking distance. The house has a magnificent balcony overlooking the sunrise perfect for eating for two to three people. Even without air conditioning, the room was very ventilated even with the help of fans. I recommend it to anyone for a relaxing vacation!

I had a thoroughly successful two-week stay in the apartment in Numana. The apartment was very clean, quiet and surrounded by gardens – perfect for relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the morning sunrises on the balcony. The host Simone was extremely friendly and helpful. His tips on the surroundings were very valuable – whether it was beaches, restaurants or excursions into nature. Everything worked smoothly. A big plus for me was the cordoned-off area directly in front of the apartment, where I could safely park my mountain bike. The proximity to the sea was ideal: numerous beautiful beaches were within walking distance, and the towns of Numana and Sirolo also impressed with their charm. For mountain bike fans, the nearby Monte Conero offers fantastic routes and breathtaking views. I highly recommend it and would come back anytime.

Perfect week with wife and 11 month old daughter! Collected but not small accommodation, as described. Fantastic location on the seafront 10 steps to the beach. Cecilia available and kind. We leave Porto Recanati with regret but we will definitely be back!

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

Alessia's accommodation is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of the beautiful Marche hills, a place to restore body and spirit, just what we needed. The rooms are fresh and clean, we never had to turn on the air conditioning even though it was very hot during the day. Don't miss the large hot tub with views of the hills and the sea, at sunset after a day at the beach or even after dinner with the stylishly lit garden. Alessia was very kind and caring, always available but never intrusive, her sympathy and sensitivity were helpful at a difficult time for us, thank you very much for this! As soon as we have the chance, we will definitely return.

Lovely stay. The location is super evocative and peaceful. A paradise surrounded by greenery and tranquility, where you can do several activities: from lounging in the beautiful pool to the barbecue, from ping pong and foosball to enjoying the tranquility of the place on the lounge chairs reading a good book. We were 5 girls and they didn't miss anything. At the front desk, Alice welcomed us and made us feel at home. Super available for anything, as well as tips about the surroundings of Civitanova. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back to do the experience in the bubble rooms and spa.

Very nice house, and an amazing host

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

a lovely, clean and relaxing place, impeccably maintained by a family that knows its stuff, both in the structure and in the farm (and in the restaurant, where you eat very well). We rested, we fully enjoyed everything it has to offer, and the kindness with which everyone always responded to our requests was truly commendable. I'm happy to have been there, and I'd be twice as happy to go back at any time.

Brand new apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time thanks to Gian Marco and his mother who were great hosts. Kind, helpful and very responsive in communication. The proximity to the center of the village allows you to walk and find all kinds of services as well as the well-kept and characteristic promenade. We will definitely be back.

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.
