The veranda overlooking the sea - beachfront apartment

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation facing the sea. A 5-minute walk to the main street of Porto Recanati and at the beginning of the promenade where there are many chalets and restaurants. The apartment is on the ground floor, has a small garden where you can enjoy the sun lying on the sunbed and a large terrace accessed from the two bedrooms. Equipped with all comforts, it also offers the possibility of eating in the bright veranda overlooking the garden.

Fulvio was a fantastic host, always available for everything. We arrived before check-in time and while waiting for the apartment to be ready he accompanied us to the seafront to show us the main areas of the place. The apartment is well-kept with a beautiful and very large terrace where you can eat because there is a nice table. I was pleasantly surprised (even though I don't drink coffee) by the presence of a selection of pods for the machine and also a selection of teas/infusions. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom with very comfortable drawers to store everything you need. What can I say, practically everything is perfect, not to mention the proximity to the waterfront, a 5-minute walk, and well-stocked supermarkets just a 3-minute drive away. Fulvio's infinite availability and his friendliness will certainly leave us with a beautiful memory of this vacation.

The house has well organized spaces and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay; everything is very well cared for and tidy: dishes, furniture, appliances, sheets and towels provided by the host. The pool in the residence was super appreciated by the children and is a great opportunity. From the apartment you can walk to the sea (free beach or lido) in just a few minutes as you get to the center or supermarket.

The lady was always kind and helpful. The living room is comfortable. The apartment is clean and spacious. It is the house if it is a few steps from the sea and the historic center, I highly recommend it ♥️♥️♥️

The apartment is very nice and spacious, with different types of lighting (a lot of chromotherapy), the location is wonderful, practically on the beach. The terrace is also well equipped with a sitting area and a table with chairs... one thing that I really appreciated is that included in the price there is an umbrella with 2 loungers on the beach right in front and as if that were not enough, the bar/restaurant near the house is really worth it (Filippo's restaurant).. we wanted a relaxing holiday with every comfort and we had it... ps: do not miss the sunrise from the huge windows of the living area. The host was always very helpful!

I stayed a week in Marco's apartment, with my wife and our nine-month-old daughter. They were fantastic days because the apartment was in an excellent location to live the quiet life of Porto Recanati, a stone's throw from the equipped beach, close to restaurants and all the necessary amenities (bars, supermarket, etc.) within walking distance. The house has a magnificent balcony overlooking the sunrise perfect for eating for two to three people. Even without air conditioning, the room was very ventilated even with the help of fans. I recommend it to anyone for a relaxing vacation!
