A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

We have just returned from Nonno Dario's farmhouse... and we already want to leave again! The house is simply perfect, clean, particularly appreciated the welcome kit, we usually brought a thousand things from home, but it would not have been necessary because in the kitchen and bathroom there was practically everything! We sought peace, and we found peace. For us, accustomed to the noise and frenzy of the city, the slow pace and silence of the farmhouse and its surroundings have been a panacea. Opening the windows and enjoying the splendid panorama of the Marche hills is priceless. On hot days, the pool and garden allowed us to refresh after the excursions. A heartfelt thank you to Silvia, for her kindness and the various tips she gave us during our stay. We'll definitely see you again.

The apartment is very spacious, it has more rooms, the kitchen complete with everything you need. There is also a washing machine (I didn't use it). Mattia was very kind and helpful, "self check-in" was very convenient! The apartment is on a residential street, not far from a shopping center.

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this location to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

The apartment in the country house is in a quiet area, you can only hear the frogs and birds, surrounded by nature. Impeccable cleanliness and apartment equipped with everything you need.

You get a whole apartment for the price of a room in a beautiful hilltop village. The accommodation was very clean. It's a village with lots of character and a fantastic restaurant/ bar. I had a lovely Carbonara for just 8 Euros and the beer is served icy cold. I had a few drinks with the locals and like all Italians they are very friendly.

Sirolo feels like a movie set, and the Sky apartment is the perfect place to stay and enjoy all that the beautiful town has to offer. We arrived on a very early ferry and easily found a cafe nearby to wait at until Simonetta and Stefano were able to let us in to drop off our bags. We greatly appreciated the flexibility with check in, and Simonetta gave us a very warm welcome, explained everything very clearly, and provided ample local recommendations. We walked to the beach after we dropped off our bags and waited for the apartment to be cleaned, it was so nice to have that option. The apartment itself is a great space. Very clean, nicely decorated, exceptionally well stocked, and the view is stunning. It's a great remote working space if needed. The washer is very nice to have. The bed is comfortable. The care and pride that Simonetta and Stefano have in this space is evident and I highly recommend. I'm so happy we found this gem and I can't wait to visit again.

We had a nice time in Francesco and Elisa's apartment. The apartment has everything you need. The private terrace was particularly great. In addition, you can quickly reach the beach & the restaurants. Communication with both was super fast and easy. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is situated right on the water . The walk in front is car free and very safe. On the same esplanade is a large selection of restaurants to choose from. We had as very pleasant stay in Silvia’s apartment.

Valentina and Marco have a lovely place at the quiet end of Citanova Marche. We were a group of 4 adults, an infant and a dog and we were comfortable and felt well cared for. Valentina and Marco accommodated a late check out and provided a lovely crib and high chair. Very responsive and kind - thanks for a pleasant stay!

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

I had a great time, the communication was impeccable at any time of the day. Edoardo followed us in everything, even brought the coffee and tea capsules late at night to ensure a good breakfast the next morning. Perfect place, comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything you need. If I had to go back to that area, I would definitely not hesitate to go back there! I highly recommend choosing them for a carefree stay!

Comfortable and spacious apartment, very quiet. Parking in front of the house, pleasant walk to reach the sanctuary, in about fifteen minutes. A very welcome surprise is a rich assortment of sweet and savory breakfast products: thank you!

A great find in Macerata. Close to all services that the city offers, but when you walk in the door you are transported to another world. The noise and bustle disappears as you face a beautiful, pristine valley out to the mountains. It looks exactly like the pictures. Strongly Recommended!

We stayed for two days and the experience was more than positive. The apartment is modern, well furnished and equipped with every comfort. A short walk from the main square of Civitanova from which you can reach the promenade and the shopping and nightlife streets. Carlo was an impeccable host, attentive to our well-being and available in any occasion of contact. 5 stars with praise for Carlo and his beautiful home.

We had a great time at Arianna's place. He is a very welcoming person, who gave us good tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the quiet of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding cities and the sea not far away. The communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really to be recommended for any stay in the area. Beautiful place, extremely clean and with a privileged location. We received great attention from Fabio and his mom. We had an excellent stay there, it is a place that I recommend without a doubt.

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Salvina and Giovanni were fantastic. They welcomed us with affection, prepared the house with great care and excellent hospitality! They did it with a kind heart and soul, thank you very much! The house enjoys a panoramic view of the sea, the interiors have everything you need and one of the best features is the outdoor shower (the view remains unbeatable)! Very clean environment! Numana is a small, typical, and charming town, the pebble beaches are well maintained, and the sea is clean and pleasant. Highly recommended!!!
