Feeling at home. Spaces with attention to every detail, disposable accessories and excellent house cleaning. Our one-year-old baby enjoyed the comfortable cradle provided by Ms. Paola at no extra charge. 5 stars to Ms. Paola for how she receives her guests.

Really perfect stay! The location of the house is in the center, convenient to reach everything really easily. The accommodation is very nice, very clean and equipped with every comfort, as well as attention to detail. A special thank you to the host, very kind and super helpful: he even came to pick me up at the station and drove me to the front door. A rare welcome! Beautiful apartment, very clean, with sea view from the window in the kitchen. Air conditioning, both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. We spent a wonderful week at Giuliano's. Above all, the wonderful garden inspired us. A small oasis, on the edge of a well-kept complex. Sufficiently beautiful garden furniture available. In the morning we were mostly on the road, then the garden in the midday heat was a real treat. The bed is very comfortable. The beach is within easy walking distance (beautiful free beach, with enough distance to the street) and also many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Giuliano himself was a fantastic host, always trying to make our stay even more beautiful, always available, reliable and extremely accommodating. Thank you for the hospitality and we hope to see you again.

Sabina's place is spectacular with ocean views from every room. It's a truly peaceful retreat. We didn't want to leave!

I was looking for an apartment near the beach so I wouldn't have to walk or drive miles every day, (with the stress of parking). Annalisa's apartment is very close to the sea, 100 meters from the beach and allows you to fully enjoy beach life, as we like it. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the parking space in the inner courtyard, the presence of all appliances in the apartment and air conditioners in every room for a relaxing vacation. Although we didn't have many opportunities to see each other since there were no problems, Annalisa made a great impression on us, a kind and caring Host. Paolo M

I had a great time, the communication was impeccable at any time of the day. Edoardo followed us in everything, even brought the coffee and tea capsules late at night to ensure a good breakfast the next morning. Perfect place, comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything you need. If I had to go back to that area, I would definitely not hesitate to go back there! I highly recommend choosing them for a carefree stay!

Great location, very helpful and kind host. The very large balcony offers an ideal space for a vacation home, also compensating for the slightly reduced spaces of the house. The house is 10 minutes from the sea and in a strategic location to reach nearby seaside resorts.

It is difficult for me to emphasize because I was very satisfied all around. Andrea was very pleasant and reliable. Even when there was a small problem, he was immediately on hand on Sunday morning with a solution. The apartment was great and the location speaks for itself. We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Lovely stay. The location is super evocative and peaceful. A paradise surrounded by greenery and tranquility, where you can do several activities: from lounging in the beautiful pool to the barbecue, from ping pong and foosball to enjoying the tranquility of the place on the lounge chairs reading a good book. We were 5 girls and they didn't miss anything. At the front desk, Alice welcomed us and made us feel at home. Super available for anything, as well as tips about the surroundings of Civitanova. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back to do the experience in the bubble rooms and spa.

Very nice house, and an amazing host

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Brand new apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time thanks to Gian Marco and his mother who were great hosts. Kind, helpful and very responsive in communication. The proximity to the center of the village allows you to walk and find all kinds of services as well as the well-kept and characteristic promenade. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful , well designed apartment with fantastic views looking across to the centro storico. The en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. It is on the third floor but there is a lift with one flight of stairs. It is located close to the main sites so the car can be parked up in the secure area and forgotten. Alessandra was very enthusiastic and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.
