Holiday rentals with breakfast in Porto

Lurdes’ place stood out by far when compared with similar rentals.Everything was designed to be attractive to the visitors.Rooms were large enough and well decorated.The entire Rural Hotel was kept in top quality.There was enough space to wonder about the gardens within the premises.We enjoyed a vegan dinner prepared especially for us by Lurdes.Finally before we left we were kindly taken to our Camino De Santiago trail by EMIL,Lurdes husband.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I loved my stay, home super equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Super friendly and attentive owners, our family loved it. I highly recommend it.

great place, restaurant downstairs and very good location

Wonderful house set away from the road. 5 minute walk to the river downhill, cafes restaurants etc. or 5 minute walk uphill to the Jardim do Morro and the best sunset views. The famous Port Wine houses are on the doorstep.The house is just perfectly sited. After a day walking up and down the alleyways, the house is a peaceful haven at night to return to. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, powerful shower. Nice balcony to enjoy the views and sunsets. Breakfast is included at the local Mercrearia do Bernardino, where Paula and her staff just can't do enough for you. Croissants, bread, cakes, yoghurt, cheese, ham, coffee, tea and more, sets you up for the many hills and steps of Besutiful Gaia and Porto. We will be back soon.

Pictures don’t do it justice. This place was absolutely fantastic, host extremely responsive and helpful. Breakfast was a plus, private parking was great. Fantastic experience that for a change exceeded all my expectations

Elisa's apartment is pretty amazing. The location is perfect if you want somewhere that is vibrant with Porto culture as soon as you walk out of the door, but without being swamped with people. The interior is modern and extremely airy and well-laid out, and Elisa is an amazing communicator. We will undoubtedly be visiting again.

The apartment was very cozy and cleanly furnished. Vanessa is a very hospitable and warm-hearted woman who gives you a lot of good recommendations. In the area you get everything you need and you can eat very tasty and cheap. You are 10 minutes' walk from a metro, with which you can go to the center. So 10 out of 10 points. ✌️

Jorge’s house was perfect! It was even better than the pictures. The location was wonderful. I would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful host, great location, and outstanding, quiet accommodations.

We stayed with Rui and Olivia for two nights while in Porto. We had a blast in town and loved their place! Rui met us with the keys, arranged for discounted parking, a tour on the Douro, and spent some time going through a map with us, highligting some great places. The apt is brand new and very comfortable and very central. The place was stalked with fruits and delicious treats that Olivia made herself. We really appreciated the personal touch. Rui and Olivia have a couple of apartments in the building so they were around if we needed anything at all. We loved staying at their apt and would def recommend the apartments to anyone visiting Porto. They had some great restaurant and bar recommends as well!

Well located, spacious apartment. Close enough to walk into town, but a little outside the tourist frenzy. Marta was a gracious host, meeting us outside in the rain to help us park our rental car and show us around the apartment. She left a wonderful selection of food for our breakfasts, plus useful materials for us to plan our visit. We used four comfortable bedrooms and the common, comfortable living area. Would recommend this property to friends.

Very nice apartment, comfortable and functional, quiet and welcoming area. Pleasant terrace with beautiful views day and night. A very friendly welcome and very good advice. Special mention for the restaurant advice nearby, the "kinay" very good table!!

I absolutely love this place, so cozy and friendly!

Fernanda is a wonderful host and is quick to respond to messages. The cleaner, Carla, is friendly and eager to please. She speaks reasonable English and was able to provide clear instructions during checked in. The apartment is super spacious and well positioned. It has a lovely balcony that gets hours of sunlight in good weather. We loved the comfortable lounge and elegant dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a separate laundry area. We experienced a cold spell and the fireplace in the living room was fantastic! The neighbourhood is very local and lovely to stroll around. Downstairs is a green grocer, wonderful chacuterie shop, hairdresser and coffee shop/bakery (padaria). From the apartment, one has a glimpse of the sea in the distance. It takes about 15 minutes to walk down to the water. We really enjoyed our stay and felt completely at home in Fernanda's apartment. Having a car at this rental, makes getting around easier.

A great experience in Arouca! Cozy, modern, well-maintained space. Very comfortable studio and the kitchette is ideal for a quick meal, after Paiva Walkways. Service with attention to every detail. Upon arrival, we were surprised by the famous convent sweets of a local pastry shop, the .Come. 5 star stay! No doubt an experience to repeat. Nice work!

We loved staying at Marta's. She was always there when you needed something or had a question and was always friendly. The room and the kitchen are actually really hard to order as described, but the pictures look a little different than in reality. You can also make some cornflakes or bread for breakfast in the kitchen, but of course you can have a better brunch in downtown Porto. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable and can't criticize anything about the apartment. Three successful days for us.

Very beautiful space and architecture well integrated into the landscape. Attention to detail and a very comfortable bed. All safety and disinfection equipment is prepared and easily accessible. The employees, Bruna and Isabel, are very friendly and helpful, always attentive. Communication with Vânia also went very well and I appreciate your attention. Highly recommend!

A really lovely room just like the photos. The family were all very welcoming and helpful. They allowed us to check in early as the room was ready and looked after our bags on our last day .We had a fantastic meal one evening in their restaurant, not to be missed . The only down side was it’s a reasonable walk to the old town of Porto but if you don’t mind that it’s a lovely place to stay

This place was a great end to our road trip! Beautiful clean accommodation, lovely hosts and welcome, incredible breakfast, great pool and all just 30min from Porto. We felt really comfortable. The hosts recommended us a great restaurant on request, which was great, delicious, local. Unfortunately, we were only here for one night and would have liked at least one more. We would definitely come back!

What a wonderful and cozy place! I only stayed for one night but immediately felt at home thanks to Diogo and his mom, “Big Mama.” They are both such warm and friendly people, and Diogo went above and beyond to provide local recommendations, advice, and even walked me to a shop to print some papers I needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I enjoyed the Watermark very much. Hosts Rui and Ricado were always accommodating. Gave me tips in the area. Furthermore, you were always available (for questions) via text. The place was clean and you could connect with other and do things together. The surf and skate lessons with Luís were particularly good. 🤙🏼☀️ It was very good that you only had to walk a few steps around the beach from the property with the surfboard. 🏄‍♂️ The week in Espinho was very worthwhile for me.
