We had an amazing stay at Hugo’s place - definitely one of the best spots in Arrifana! The location is unbeatable.. right on the beach with stunning ocean views and the peaceful sound of waves all day long. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The apartment was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Simple but cozy, with all the essentials. Hugo was an exceptional host- very friendly, responsive, and always available if we needed anything. Great communication throughout our stay. The area is perfect for surfing with plenty of rental shops nearby, plus great restaurants within walking distance. Aljezur is only about 15 minutes away if you need supermarkets or extra supplies. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is surrounded by nature, but not far from the beautiful village of Odiceixe. It is very tastefully decorated and we felt very comfortable there!

A wonderful little cottage in a very beautiful setting. Next to the actual house, there is an outdoor kitchen with a wash house for your exclusive use. The property is completely fenced with a view of the adjacent pine forest, which can also be used for walking - perfect for dog owners. Isabel was always available and helped directly with small problems. Also, the vacation home was equipped with everything, even a few groceries and homemade food awaited me on arrival. And I don't have to say much about the surroundings, beautiful beaches everywhere and plenty of excursion destinations. I can only recommend Isabel's house to everyone - thank you, I will gladly come back😃.

The place was even nicer than the pictures! Everything was very clean and well appointed. The location is super quiet and perfect for unwinding. The house has been furnished with a lot of love. I felt super comfortable and at home. Would book again and again. The communication with Anna worked out great and she also had great tips on what to do around it.

Wow - we loved the view looking towards the river from the terrace - such a super spot to sit and relax. There are no views from the apartment itself, but we had privacy plus a small patio area off of the kitchen where we enjoyed breakfast in the sunshine. Bed was comfy and the apartment tastefully decorated with everything we needed. So good to receive such a warm, personal welcome on arrival - Rita was the perfect host and offered great recommendations about the local area. Apartment is in easy walking distance of essential shops including a pharmacy, wonderful bakery and several supermarkets and banks. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area and spectacular, uncrowded, clean sandy beaches in easy reach, with more a little further afield. Feeling totally chilled - just what we needed.

Great place right on the sand of a beautiful beach, with a short ferry ride into old town Faro. Ideal location.

An absolutely beautiful place to say, super clean, with comfortable bed , great swimming pool and a ton of little add ons like beach umbrellas were available etc . Both Oliver and Nina were so friendly and accommodating. It’s a truly peaceful place to stay in that gives you very relaxing atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back next year. Everything was as described. Communication with Vera worked out great. We needed help twice, and it was there immediately. We felt very comfortable in this apartment and were able to relax superbly.

Peggy was extremely kind and responded quickly to our messages. She met us for check-in and explained everything!! The apartment is on the top floor and a 10 min walk to most things. The porch doesn’t have an ocean view, it is a view of the city which is still very pretty! The apartment was very very clean! I would definitely stay here again!! Parking was easy also. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Raquel is one of the most communicative and responsive hosts I’ve ever interacted with on Airbnb. The location of this home is unbelievable. I fell in love with Albufeira from the first few hours i was there, and couldn’t believe how well-situated this place was to all the fun the area has to offer. ACs and most amenities worked well. I’m not sure if it’s a design related to homes in that area, but the open bathroom in the master bedroom, including the shower design, seemed impractical. I needed to rearrange items in that area, and wipe the floor/toilet after every shower. The iron was unusable due to a stain on the ironing surface, and risk of damaging clothes. The washing machine was small and not very effective. We needed to do a lot of loads to clean our clothes, then air dry them, but glad we had a washer! Overall, this is a great place, Raquel’s a great host, and i recommend booking, for anyone visiting Albufeira. Great for 2 ppl, but could accommodate a couple more too. Enjoy!

Very well located! Everything you need to spend a few nights!

Such a wonderful apartment and a place to call home for a week. Filipe was absolutely brilliant with all his recommendations and was so welcoming and lovely. The apartment had everything in we needed, was peaceful and so comfortable. A real treat to be staying in the old part of the town and to wander around the little lanes up the hill / past the castle ruins. We had two swallows that would regularly sit on our balcony railings chatting away and we became firm friends with Baba the cat, who spent most of her time in the garden / courtyard area (which is gorgeous). It's always a bonus to be able to eat outside in lovely weather and ponder life looking at the views and terracotta roofs. It took us a moment to realise that access to the garden was out the front door and down the side of the house, but once we'd worked that out, all was well :) What a joy to pick fresh lemons too! Thank you, Filipe for everything. You are such a kind and peaceful soul. So grateful to have met you!

The property (we were there 18 nights) is actually located in Luz, not in Lagos, which is 3-4 miles away. That worked out well for us. Luz offers newer and larger accommodations for more reasonable prices than Lagos. We had a beautiful two bedroom penthouse with floor to ceiling windows offering great views of the Atlantic. The beach is a short walk. At night, it is quiet. A market is close by. There are a couple of good restaurants close by. The beach was nice and was actually more convenient than getting to the beach in Lagos. It was no problem getting to Lagos if you want to dine out. We had a car (10-15 minute drive) but taxis, Uber and public transportation is also available. We never met Ben, but he was very prompt in answering our every question. The apartment was clean, up to date and comfortable. We would stay there again.

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at many Airbnb apartments over the years and I have never experienced the professionalism, adaptability and helpfulness of our host Hélia. In addition, The apartment was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities and the extra touches of bottle of wine, water and tray of snacks are what makes this such a unique experience. I am not surprised that this apartment is always booked. Thank you

Ana’s place felt like a home away from home, we absolutely fell in love with it! The view from the balcony is just unbeatable, even on a cloudy day we enjoyed spending the day there. You have all the amenities you could need for a few days, and the apartment was just spotless! Communication was easy both with Ana and Joao, they were really helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the place, and would definitely book again!

Fabulous Penthouse apartment, so very close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect location. Elisa, our host was super attentive, providing all the information we needed to ensure that our short break was a peaceful and relaxing experience. We had an early flight into Faro so Elisa arranged our transport ( Carlos was brilliant) and let us drop our bags off so we could get some lunch without the bother of dragging cases around. Elisa then messaged us at 1pm saying we could get in early as the penthouse was ready. During our stay Elisa made light touches to check that everything was ok which was most welcomed. A perfect host. Highly recommended.

Spectacular views over the ocean from the deck! Right across from the beach so a 3 minute walk. House was perfect! Spacious, well equipped, lots of linens & dishes, clean, organized and very comfortable. Carolina was very communicative and helpful with lots of recommendations and directions- we will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic week at Anita’s apartment in Praia da Rocha. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome – Anita and Antonio had left a generous guest pack including ham, cheese, wine, milk, water, biscuits and crisps, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch after our journey. The apartment itself is bright, spotless, and has spectacular views across the beach – which, pleasantly, wasn’t too busy during our stay. The location is excellent, with a great selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Anita and Antonio were outstanding hosts – friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure their guests have everything they need. Their detailed information pack was really helpful, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment – it’s a perfect base for a relaxing stay in Praia da Rocha. Thank you, Anita and Antonio, for your warm hospitality and kindness!
