Appartamento al piano secondo nel complesso Casa di Giulio. Dista 30 metri dal mare (scogliera accessibile), 150 metri dalla spiaggia e 400 mt. dal Centro di Porto Cesareo (LE). Può ospitare due adulti e un bambino. Posizione eccellente in zona turistico-residenziale tranquilla e silenziosa. Non occorre l'uso della macchina perché si raggiunge a piedi la spiaggia (due minuti) ed il Centro (dieci minuti). Parcheggio a 20 mt. in area recintata con cancello di ingresso riservato ai soli ospiti.

Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide.
