House holiday rentals in Portmán

Hemos pasado un finde increíble... la zona de exterior es muy cómoda y bonita (al final es lo que más usas en verano) faltaría cubrir un poco la valla para no ver el descampado. La zonas de las habitaciones no nos ha gustado, están muy viejas y antiguas para el precio de la casa.

La maison était incroyable : très propre, parfaitement équipée, avec une superbe piscine. Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et sécurisé, elle est idéale pour se reposer. Emplacement parfait, à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de Torrevieja, 30 minutes d’Alicante et 1 heure de Benidorm. Très pratique aussi : un supermarché à 1 minute à pied de la maison. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Lorena pour son accueil chaleureux et sa communication rapide et efficace. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Hemos pasado unos días de reencuentro en familia maravillosos ! La casa tiene una ubicación accesible a todo.. tanto en coche como andando !. Es súper cómoda ! Fresca .. con aire acondicionado y ventiladores ! Televisión … equipadisima !. Super limpia ..La piscina con un tamaño perfecto ! La atención de Emilio genial , atento y siempre pendiente .! Sin duda repetiremos .. Muchas gracias Emilio !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastisk opphold! Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold i denne leiligheten! Den var moderne, ren og veldig godt utstyrt – alt vi trengte var på plass. Kjøkkenet hadde godt med utstyr, senger og sofa var komfortable, og det var deilig med aircondition. Bassengområdet var nydelig og godt vedlikeholdt, perfekt for både avslapning og en forfriskende dukkert. Beliggenheten var også super – rolig og fredelig, men fortsatt nær butikker, restauranter og strand. Verten var hjelpsom og lett å kommunisere med hele veien. Anbefales på det varmeste 👍

Brilliant house with the most perfect, heated pool that we struggled to get out of! The house had so many useful amenities and communication with Florence and check in with her agent Kevin was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house!

Was allowed to check in early which was great as landed early. Villa was amazing…. Having 3 bathrooms was a god send as everyone could shower at their leisure Golf course was stunning and restaurant done lovely food - 16 min walk from villa Getting to nearest village / bars etc is short taxi ride Pavo was extremely helpful and always quick to respond Will defo rent again !!!!!

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! We had a fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped property. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and the place was spotless and stylish. The pool was a real highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for soaking up the brilliant weather. Roldán itself is quiet, without a huge amount to do, but that’s part of its charm. It’s the ideal spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and came away feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!

We spent 4 weeks in the apartment and had a fantastic stay. The apartment’s location is superb- there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by and a great Supercor supermarket a short walk away. Both the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean are within easy walking distance and the location on the Marina is fabulous. The apartment is spacious and the outside spaces are perfect. The sunsets are amazing from the terraces looking out across the marina and the mar menor. Gonzalo was very helpful and accommodating as we were considerably delayed in checking in.

Magnifique endroit ! Convivial, on s’y sent comme à la maison ! Plage à proximité et super terrasse pour passer du temps à l’extérieur !

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Nous avons passés un séjour très agréable. Le logement était parfait et correspondait totalement à la description. L’endroit était paisible et calme, nous avons aimé y passer du temps. Alexander a été très réactif.

Séjour parfait, de notre arrivée à notre départ, tout c'est très bien passé. le logement est vraiment très propre et correspond parfaitement aux photos. la grande cour, chaleureuse et à l'abris de tout vis a vis est vraiment un plus. La literie est aussi un point positif, contrairement à ce que l'on trouve régulièrement en mobil-home Silvana met a disposition dans les chambres de "vrais" sommiers et matelas qui permettent de passer une bonne nuit. L'accueil est très bien, Silvana nous ayant tout bien expliqué, de plus elle est très attentionné, en prenant de nos nouvelles durant le séjour pour s'assurer que nous maquions de rien, puis en nous préparant des boissons bien fraîche ainsi que de quoi grignoter.

Jose was very kind and helpful. You needed just ask and he replied fast and when needed help he helped. He is the best landlord what we ever have had after many years using Airbnb. He also recommended some restaurants which was nice. The place was clean with beautiful scenery. And amazing sunsets, perfect location to see them every evening. Nice and quiet neigborhood.

A wonderful stay in Spain - the villa was even larger than expected and in a great location, with all the facilities one could ask for. Great support work from Spainhome on helping us navigate a few (very minor) issues - fast to respond and with a complete solution each time. Highly recommended.

Tal cual de describía en el anuncio, incluso tenía más cosas(juguetes de playa, juegos de mesa, peliculas..). Casa grande, cómoda, bonita, limpia, muy cerca de la playa. Los patios y la terraza superior espectaculares. Lesley fue muy flexible con los horarios. Todo un acierto.

Absolutely stunning villa. Exactly as the pictures show and it was spotlessly clean. Check in and hosts were amazing, could not fault a thing. So friendly and informative. The villa has everything home from home and the hosts have gone to a lot of effort to provide quality furniture and decoration. Beds very clean and very comfortable. The air con was fantastic and pool heated to correct temperature. Walking distance to everything such as shops, bars, beach and nearby street market on Thursdays. You can order on the local uber eats if you want groceries or take out. Local taxis are very cheap. 25 minutes from Mercia airport transfer. Can’t wait to return, such a brilliant experience and relaxing holiday. Thanks again

A wonderful place to stay within walking distance of all the facilities that La Manga has to offer. Colin is a very responsive and friendly host who was on hand to answer any questions and was also happy to allow us an early check in following our early flight from the UK. Great space, comfortable indoor and outdoor living options and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. There’s some good restaurants close-by but it was nice to be able to self-cater at times and enjoy a meal on the terrace; the large bbq/outdoor oven was great. We’ll be visiting La Manga resort more often for the sports as the academies are first-class and so will have Colin’s place at the top of our list for our accommodation.
