This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. Secluded getaway with amazing views. This one bedroom mother in law suite is part of its own private portion of the house located on the north shore of Corpus Christi Bay. Private entrance and exit to the pool and the bay. Outdoor kitchen and hot tub available for use. 30 day min. Hallway to the main part of the house is always locked. No unfair Airbnb fees. Cleaning fee is what I pay housekeeping. You’re on vacation. Just put the dirty towels in the tub and head out.
