Family-friendly holiday rentals in Portisco

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

The location of the house is fantastic with a great view of the coast. The house was very tidy, all necessary amenities in the house and outdoor area available. Giuliana always communicated very friendly and quickly. Gladly again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

Really beautiful stay, spacious and clean

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Porto Rotondo! The pool was such a hit with our daughter that it was difficult to pull her away from it so that we could go venture out to some of the stunning nearby beaches! Beautiful property with tons of private, quiet outdoor space. Gorgeous sunsets. Awesome being so close to the Seawall which is a nice walk and leads to many restaurants. Grocery stores nearby as well. Was great to have en suites for all bedrooms. Comfortable space for our family which was four adults and two young children. Thank you Alessandro!

We rented the apartment mainly because of the jacuzzi and the view. We weren't disappointed here! It was just a dream to start and end the day in this one. The temperature of the hot tub in April at 20*C air temperature for us was absolutely fine and not too cold for us and the 37*C of the hot tub was kept for several hours. Absolutely positive to mention is the friendly proactive nature of Christian, which definitely makes him a Superhost. His tips on which beaches and restaurants we should visit made this holiday unforgettable, as we were able to visit the breathtaking highlights of the area in a short time! Thanks Christian! Spectacular home with a spectacular view and a spectacular host. The house is stunning. Very well stocked and the view is amazing. Giorgio met us at the property and sat with us. He went through the home and gave us recommendations to visit. Thank Giorgio we had a wonderful time.

The Roccarosa residence has exceeded our expectations! Especially on the outside, it looks like a lovely place where nothing is missing: swimming pool, jacuzzi, relaxation area with a beautiful view, super-equipped barbecue area. The outdoor space is large and attention to detail, for a stay full of pure relaxation; the context in which it is inserted is perfect for "unplugging. Our apartment was the one for 6, also well-kept and complete with all the necessary accessories: kitchen utensils, dishes, coffee machine, sheets, etc. Even at the entrance there is a shower to clean your feet from the beach, umbrella for free use, clothesline, etc. As a icing on the cake, I would suggest making the third room bed double, which would make the stay of those traveling in 3 couples more comfortable, and the renovation of the armchairs that are located on the outside that if replaced would make the apartment truly impeccable!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Mari and her mom are super hosts! They were so friendly and provided us with lots of local recommendations from tours to restaurants. The apartment is really cozy and has a great location. I hope to be back one day! :)

We had a magical stay at Lorenzo’s home last week. The views were utterly amazing! The house itself was well equipped very spacious and very private. Andressa was our liaison and was super friendly with anything we needed. Arranged a ride from the airport and excursions for us. Would highly recommend!!!! 5 *****’s!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

We had a wonderful time in Enrica's apartment and were very warmly welcomed by Federico. We were able to check in a little earlier, which made it much easier for us to arrive with a toddler and baby, thank you again for that! The place is very nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed the small garden. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and also perfect for smaller children. At the last section of the beach we also had our dog with us, which seems no problem there. Often we were even alone there. Thank you again to Enrica, Rosa and Federico, we had a good time in Porto Istana!

Apartment is top, good starting point for activities, quiet location with great terrace, great views. We felt super comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Fernando and Barbara are truly amazing hosts! They always provided us with great restaurant tips, even made reservations for us, and were very helpful overall. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was definitely a big plus for us. We had a fantastic stay thanks to their hospitality and the lovely accommodation. Highly recommended!

Very responsive and gives very good advice! Arranged for us on the arrival time, very kind of them! Very, very responsive as soon as we had a request or other! The accommodation was clean, tidy and well-equipped. It had air conditioning and a swimming pool in the residence! Restaurants, supermarkets and scooter and car rentals nearby. Beaches near the apartment! I recommend it!

The apartment was large, super furnished with great attention to detail, and well equipped with everything you need. The pool was huge. The entire complex is large and somewhat noisy. We were happy to be there in May, as we were almost the only tourists In the village, only one pizzeria had opened, but we can recommend it without reservation. All in all, a very successful vacation

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Pietro is a friendly and welcoming host, perfectly speaking French. He was always available and considerate. He even helped us after we left following the cancellation of our ferry to Corsica The Green Park is a little difficult to access, at the end of a dirt road, but once there, what happiness! The view of the Sardinian countryside is beautiful, with the sea and the island of Maddalena in the background, all in absolute calm. The accommodation is clean and functional, and the pool is exceptional! We'll be happy to go back, thank you Pietro Cyrille and Christine

We had two wonderful weeks in Giulio's apartment – six adults and a toddler – and enjoyed the time very much! We would like to highlight the great pool, the charming little outdoor kitchen and the warm outdoor shower - a real highlight that has absolutely made up for the fact that there is "only" one large bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Communication with Giulio was excellent at all times – he was super helpful, always available and provided us with many great tips about the area. The entire stay went smoothly and relaxed. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment without reservation. Thank you, Giulio, for the great hospitality and the wonderful stay!

This apartment is PERFECT for your stay in Costa Smeralda. The apartment itself is very spacious, updated and comfortable. The balcony was perfect for apero and coffee in the morning, it’s perfectly located to walk along the pedestrian paths to the port which great restaurant options. Christina was incredibly helpful and very responsive - she gave great recommendations, was quick to answer with any questions and was very flexible. The free parking was great to have with needing a rental car in Sardinia. Porto Rotondo was the perfect location for proximity to amazing beaches in Cala Di Volpe and only 45min drive to the Archipelago Maddalena for a day trip. We loved coming back to a quant and peaceful town that still have plenty of restaurant and evening activities and only a 20-25 minute drive to the airport. I would recommend staying here 10/10 and hope to return one day!

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

We were in this beautiful house for the 2nd time and it was even more beautiful than in our memory. The house and the property are super well maintained and the view from the terraces is simply magnificent. Giuseppe was always quick to reach and Marchesa and her team take care of everything very conscientiously. Her home-cooked dinner is highly recommended. Thank you so much for the wonderful time.
