Waterfront holiday rentals in Portalegre District

Stayed 1 night with two friends as a first stop of our road trip to Spain. It was the perfect location to enjoy the great restaurants and ambience of Estremoz. Located close to the central square for easy parking and opposite the beautiful fountains and park.

The views are absolutely amazing.

Excellent apartment for a couple with or without children, with the host providing free crib and baby meal chair. The location is very beautiful and great for relaxing, whether in the pools, on the banks of the reservoir or even at home that has a great view of the balcony. Repeating no doubt.

Very good stay, quiet house, clean, pleasant bedding, well-equipped kitchen, the house retains freshness. The view of the lake is crazy and swimming is a real joy. Very good communication with Silvia who offered to check us out later than planned. The only downside is that a single bathroom containing the toilet can sometimes be a little bit just for six. We would recommend this house without hesitation!

We were a group of friends spend a weekend and loved it! The house is amazing to spend time in groups quite comfortably. The photographs do not live, live the house has a different energy fueled by the incredible view of the Bode Castle Dam, with incredible sunrise and sunsets. The swimming pool is great and well served with the annex where it has the barbecue and which also serves as a seating area. we will definitely return:)

Very well-equipped house to accommodate its visitors very comfortably. The heated pool is phenomenal. The family that takes care of the house is attentive to the needs and treated us with affection. Ideal house for those looking for peace and quiet and it was exactly what we were looking for: a house with a pool that is not shared with anyone else, in a rural area.

We truly loved our time here and couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. One of the many highlights was sharing meals out on the deck, enjoying the company of old friends, a glass of Alentejo wine, and the stunning views across the reservoir. The house is well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, chairs, tables, and cookware for a large group, and the kitchen has everything you need if you enjoy cooking. We also made good use of the grill and the pizza oven! Outside, the pool is set in a beautifully maintained and private garden. While you can hear a little road noise at rush hour from below, most of the time it feels wonderfully peaceful and secluded — like your own private world. The house was spotless when we arrived. Marina was an excellent host: always quick to respond to any questions, and when we had an issue with the washing machine, she had an electrician out to fix it straight away. Marina's house was perfect for us, we only wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved the stay. It is possible to have peace and fun at the same time through contact with nature, whether through the beautiful landscape or even the dam. André is extremely attentive and Montezinho has everything a guest needs to enjoy their stay. All the items in the house are extremely tasteful, which allowed us to feel at home.

We had a lovely time in Vale do Espinheiro. Antonio and Sara were great hosts and the place was clean, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The garden was very peaceful and the lake nearby was fantastic for swimming. Highly recommend!

The house was just like the pictures! The barbecue and swimming pool area are great for relaxing and eating good grills! Calm Zone, great for resting away from the confusion of the cities! The house has everything that is needed and Ricardo was always very friendly, in sending the information as well as during the stay!
