We had a great stay here! Everything was exactly as described and our host always responded quickly! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The yard was perfect for our pup and we enjoyed the patio and grill. The beach was a short walk across the street, we couldn't have asked for more! We definitely recommend this space and would stay again!

Our family of 7 loved staying at Lourdes' beach house. It's a perfectly designed beach house with the character and amenities we were hoping for. It's an easy walk to a beautiful, not-too-crowded beach. The kids enjoyed lounging at the pool in the afternoon and we didn't have to bring any beach gear -- there's an ample supply of beach chairs and toys at the house, and a wagon for transportation. We hope to be back sometime soon!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house is very close to the pool and we had the best time on the golf cart and loved how they have a paved pathway for bikes, running and golf carts along the beach. The house was very clean and equipped with everything you could think of! We were so happy that it was a dog friendly beach and house. The best restaurant we ate at was the White Marlin and going horseback riding on the beach was so much fun! Port St. Joe is absolutely gorgeous and I recommend to anyone who’s never been. Thank you Emily for being such a wonderful host! She even did a grocery order pick up for us and had it at the house when we checked in. I give this stay 10 stars if I could!

This place truly was perfect for a family vacation! Michelle is a wonderful host and her home is beautiful, clean and comfortable inside and out. If you’re looking for a private but close to everything place, this is it. Michelle was quick to respond and she took time to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. This property was perfect! Clean, quiet, comfortable and super relaxing. Seaweed was apparently the worst it’s been in a while but it did not interfere with relaxing on the beach or swimming in the ocean. We chose to eat one evening in Port Saint Jo which offers a variety of great restaurants. Allisa was super helpful and wonderful to work with. Will book here again!

We booked this last minute after a cancellation by another host. Great vacation home. Super clean. All the beds were comfy and had nice linens. Short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive to all messages. They also helped us extend our trip last minute. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and this was by far the nicest. There’s always something in a house that’s not well cared for, not here. Everything was in perfect shape. We will definitely stay again. Thank you T and TK for a beautiful family vacation.

I had a fantastic stay at Kevin and Jennifer’s AirBNB. It was exactly what our family needed, and exceeded expectations. They went out of their way multiple times to provide assistance to us. Would easily recommend.

We loved the home. It was very spacious and had enough room for our large family to come together, but they also had their own space. The community was wonderful, including the pool and the close proximity to the beach! You can take the golf cart to the beach and be at the pool also. That way, you can go back-and-forth between the pool and the beach, which is what our family wanted. Thank you, Majesty, for such a wonderful place for our yearly beach vacation! We truly hope to see you again next year, if not before!

Jamie’s place was super nice and clean, the golf cart and beach access made the trip! The garage and games were a nice touch. Jamie was very responsive and helpful no matter what was needed

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful beach home. With a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, kayaks and other thoughtful items, this rental has just about everything you need. The hosts were responsive and professional. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants. We had the lunch buffet at Bruno's Pizza and picked up breakfast at Sunrise Cafe one day. Unfortunately we encountered some rain and didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool, but it looked inviting. With multiple outdoor seating options, you can enjoy being outside even in the rain. My favorite spot was relaxing on the back covered porch. You can see the sunrise and the sunset from the upstairs balcony. Two things to note, if you have difficulty with stairs, this may not be a good option. Also you are about 3 houses from the beach. However, you walk off the back porch onto a boardwalk that is an easy and beautiful walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded during our stay; and we would definitely rent again!

My family are returned guest. This home feels like our home away from home! We love the area because it is quiet, not overly crowded, and not commercialized! Beautiful beach that allows you to have your pets vacation with you! You're allowed to have golf carts on the beach which is a great feature. Saved us numerous trips back and forth to set up for our beach day.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kate’s home. The house is incredibly spacious, has fantastic ocean views, and is a very quick walk to the beach. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, and Kate was very helpful when we reached out with questions. We can't wait to stay again!

This place was all we wished for and more! We had our family vacation here prior to our sons FSU graduation. We wanted a beach not too far from the school. We were hesitant on the “small town”. We have vacationed in Pensacola and Destin prior. Never again. We fell in love with Port St Joe and this home! It had everything (minus the crowds!) The beach and community pools were so beautiful and relaxing. It was hard for me to leave the home, it was comfortable and had everything (games, private cozy porch, comfortable furniture, the golf cart) Charles has thought of everything to make this feel like home. He even sent a PDF with information around town! We were a family ranging from people in their 20, 30 & nearly 50 (plus a 3 year old) We all had space, and room to enjoy every moment. Great neighborhood, food close by- we will definitely be back!! (And plan our stay around Charles’ home availability)

Jamie’s house was perfect for our vacation. We loved being able to walk to the beach and having a raw oyster bar right down the street. We appreciated that Jamie’s house was dog friendly and had a fenced in backyard. We enjoyed a nice relaxing time and getting away from northern snow country for awhile.

You are surrounded by nature 360* Jill and Paul are phenomenal hosts who go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. From the clean home, to the amazing mattress, for a restful night sleep, the rain shower heads to wash the day away, and the thoughtful wine and chocolates, you will not be disappointed. You can always tell when someone cares about their home, and ensuring guests are welcome and cozy. I am very thankful for the opportunity to explore Cafe San Blas, and all the lovely recommendations that Jill and Paul offered. I would love to come back as this is an amazing experience. If you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway, this is absolutely the place to stay! Loved the area, lots of yummy food, peaceful/not crowded beach, plenty of space for all the family. The host was kind and quick to respond plus his guide was helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t have any issues with the house and hope to visit again in the future. Lovely vacation for myself, my sister and her child, my elderly mother, and my pup!! Also, the outdoor shower was fantastic in helping keep sand out of the house.

The communication with Phillip was exceptional. The place was as described, even the distance to the beach. There were no bad surprises, which is always good. I would definitely book thru Phillip again. We had a great time!

This was a nice home. We especially found the elevator handy for my disabled husband. There was plenty of seating for all of us. Beach chairs and toys came in handy as well.

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful located in the midst of pristine surroundings. The stars and moon at night were indescribably beautiful- as well as the sunsets. Staying at this property you can uniquely witness the sunrise over the Bay and sunset over the Gulf! Crazy beautiful and private. The backyard is delightful as well as the porch. We loved our visit at John’s beautiful home!

I love staying at Adam’s home. It felt like it was brand new. It was fully equipped with every thing you would need for your stay. It also was very quiet and private even though it was part of a condo community. Adam even arranged beautiful weather for us! I would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!

581 was cozy and comfortable with a big porch overlooking the bay. The air conditioner went out and Deane and Karen were on it immediately, with good results. We hope to be back. Thanks D and K!
