Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. " "This place is great - the attic is much larger than expected from the pictures, and comfortably fit 4 of us for a weekend. I loved the cute vintage artifacts throughout the attic" "Awesome place! Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

Wonderful stay! The house looked just like the pictures. It easily accommodated my family of 5 adults and 3 children. We had two children under 2 and the house was safe and baby proof. John even had baby gates had we needed them. The space was very clean and the beds were comfy. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again!

Ryan's place was clean, cozy, and just a short drive to some fun places. We enjoyed using the firepit in the backyard and our dog loved the toy basket he found. Would highly recommend!

We highly recommend staying here when in the Holland area. This space is incredibly comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spacious as well! Patricia was incredibly accommodating by setting up baby gear for us as we were traveling with a newborn. She frequently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, the towels were super soft, and the snacks were an added perk! Definitely would stay here again. Zeeland is also a cute little city with great restaurant options!

Our group of 8 (four adults, for children until 13) had a wonderful stay at Gail's place. It felt lived-in and welcoming, with lovely art on the walls, interesting decor, and a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed family meals together at the large dining room table. It is not the typical beach home and has some quirks (like a narrow spiral staircase connecting the levels), but we found it charming and unique. Proximity to the private access beach for walks or sunset viewing/star gazing is great and we really enjoyed Kirk Park nearby. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and it's only a short drive to downtown Grand Haven; a bit further to Holland. The deck was an ideal place to relax under the sun shade. We would definitely return!

We literally squealed and jumped when we got out of the car- picture perfect peace! This was perfect for our first girls trip. The multiple living spaces, the views, the amenities at the house. Matt and Jody were next door and accessible which made us feel an extra level of comfort! We all would love to return with our respective families and return again for another girls trip! Thanks for making this a trip to remember!

The Blue Cottage is an excellent stay. The view is tremendous, sunsets are beautiful and the area is peaceful. The cabin is simple, clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the decor and vaulted roof, it feels like a step back in time. Sharon was great, very welcoming and communicative. Check in and check out were easy. The surrounding areas of Holland and Grand Haven are awesome to explore with some great restaurants. A great experience and we hope to be back soon!
