Apartment holiday rentals in Port Saplaya

I was the one who booked, but wasn't part of the trip, it was my daughter and her friends. So here is her review: Beautiful place, cosy, well equipped. Beautiful surroundings, restaurants and grocery store close by. Hosts were amazing, very responsive, great check-in with Sergio and all his good tips. Access to the beach; and chairs, beach umbrella and cooler were provided by hosts. Nice touch. Only downside, a bit difficult to access with public transport.

A perfect apartment to go with the family and have a pleasant stay

We loved the place, especially the terrace part, super cute.We had everything we needed at the house. It was 10 mins away from the beach. Our host was very helpful and friendly. Overall everything was great, already thinking about coming back next year.

We had a great stay at Tom’s Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean and well prepared for our arrival. Tom was super responsive and replied to our messages quickly. The location is also really convenient — just a 15-minute walk to the city center and only 3 minutes to the nearest Consum market. A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

Steps from the beach. You can hear the waves crashing on the shore from the bedroom, I don’t think there is anything better than that!! The home is lovely, and well equipped. Just a few minute walk to the taxi stand. The beach is just gorgeous. Don’t hesitate to book this place!!

Wonderful apartment. Close by many lovely restaurants and (bus) connections to city centre. It was exactly as described and we found it clean, comfortable and exactly what my friend and I were after. There was a slight issue with the aircon not quite working as you would expect but the host immediately reset it and it work ed perfectly after. Would recommend for a comfortable stay in Valencia!

Perfect stay in a perfect location!

Our recent stay at Edu's apartment was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately at home; the apartment exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its charming character far surpassed the already appealing photos. The location was incredibly convenient, placing us within easy walking distance of many key attractions, while simultaneously providing the peace and quiet of a safe and pleasant neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend Edu's apartment to anyone seeking comfortable and well-situated accommodation. Thank you again for your hospitality, Edu!

A very spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed apartment in a wonderful location. Host met us at the street door to greet us. Good local shops including a Lidl & a Mercardo. Opposite the old Colon Mercado ( with bars & restaurants) and easy walking to the old river and all the facilities. Nice vegetarian restaurant in the next street. Nearest Metro station at the end of the street is Colon with easy access to all other metro lines and airport.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Fantastic stay. Perfect apartment for us, exactly as described. Communication was perfect throughout, incredibly friendly. Check in was flexible and easy. Great location, only 1 metro stop into the city centre. Balcony was fabulous, very private. Highly recommend

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Lounge and one bedroom have good air conditioning. I look forward to a return visit.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything per expectations. AC working. Not a single insect seen. Clean and neat. Perfect for a family of five.

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

We loved our stay! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy Valencia!

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
