Holiday rentals with a pool in Port Saint John

We enjoyed our stay. We somehow locked ourselves out on the first night there and John was quick to respond. The pool got plenty of use with our kids. My favorite part of the house was its location right on the canal. We went paddle boarding and seen manatees and dolphins several times. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall the house was nice and John was a great host.

Heidy’s house was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked. The pool and backyard were very peaceful, we spent a lot of our time out on the patio. The master king bed was super comfortable! Heidy left us some cold water in the fridge which was needed upon arrival, June is very hot in Florida! Would 100 percent recommend!

Chelsi and Marc were perfect hosts - very responsive and helpful. The house is immaculate and very well equipped and the pool area is amazing. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were at the property and they had even arranged flowers for her which she loved. One of the best properties we have stayed in! Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Cocoa Beach.

We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament at Space Coast, and it was perfect—only about a 20-minute drive from the fields. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the boys especially loved having the pickleball court to burn off extra energy. The game room was so fun for the kids! The house was spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us, which can be hard to find! Also, there are plenty of towels for everyone. Morgan was great to communicate with and super helpful throughout our stay, even sending friendly reminders about trash day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future!

My wife, 3 pups and I had a great relaxing stay. Larger than expected backyard, great pool and outdoor area as well as incredible convenience to what felt like a private beach — rode bikes to the beach one day, drove 3 mins and parked all other days. AM Walks on the beach, convenience to groceries, shopping and any restaurant the area has to offer as well as quiet area … made this a perfect, flexible location for us. Terese provided recommendations and was very responsive to any questions we had. If in the area again, we will look to reserve again!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. Private beautiful home with a swimming pool and many other things to keep the kids busy. Home was very spacious with clean bathrooms. Love the kitchen area. Spacious and bright. Beautiful back yard with a pool and hot tub. I enjoyed relaxing in hot tub every night after enjoying the hot sun. Peaceful and quiet. Temps for hot tub could have been a tad hotter. Overall this home was exceptional.

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay at Michelle's place. It’s the perfect location for those who enjoy walking—very close to the beach and great places to eat.

We really enjoyed our stay and have already talked about going back again next year! The beach access was so easy and definitely worth it. The host was very responsive when we encountered any issues (the garage door button battery died, no big deal!) The space is actually bigger than it looks in the photos in my opinion, we had 4 adults, 1 toddler, and our family dog and all had plenty of room to relax.

We have stayed several times at this location. It has felt like our little spot to go in the summer. It’s very peaceful and beautiful scenery. Julian is always responsive to any issues. He is friendly and we enjoyed staying at dolphin Bay.

Olga was very accomidating to our schedule. Very easy to communicate with. Condo was as decribed. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again when the time comes.

We absolutely loved our stay at Theresa’s place! Everything was great, she is very responsive and polite! The location is perfect, very close to everything but feels very secluded and not overly crowded. Would definitely recommend!
