Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Port Phillip

Ralph & Robyn are the most gracious host's, I stayed in their cabin situated at the bottom of their beautiful cottage garden. It has everything you need for a short stay, they even include provisions for a yummy cooked breakfast & more. All amenities are extremely clean & well thought out. It's the little touches like the chocolates on the bed side tables & a bottle of port waiting for you when you arrive that I really love. This is my 2nd stay at Potters Garden and I will definitely return the next time I make plans to to visit the Hot Springs again, as it's only minutes away which is very convenient. Honestly, the best air BnB I have ever stayed in my life, beautiful location, beautiful birds all around the place, beautiful spa, house was unreal. You won’t regret staying here!!!!

We stayed 3 nights at Batesford Lodge and were immediately taken aback by the peaceful surroundings. The host Michael is very friendly and welcoming. Our room and ensuite were large and comfortable. We experienced a great sunset at Dog Rocks and wandered through Michael's established garden. Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us some foldaway chairs for the airshow to borrow. Continental breakfast was supplied which was an added touch. Jedi and Trixie are gorgeous dogs who love people. We loved our stay there thanks Michael.

We had a great stay in Fay’s very clean, comfortable, and private studio. Fay is a lovely host and we’d be happy to stay again.

Incredible accommodation. Most beautiful cottage set in picturesque gardens. Lovely owners who made our stay even more special. My 7yr old son was asking to go back the minute we checked out. 😊

Cates place was everything you’d want in an airbnb….spacious room and shower, with everything in it. Heaps of goodies inside. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The host was obviously attentive when setting up this place. Very responsive host. One of the best airbnbs I’ve seen. Highly recommend.

Almost our second home these days with the best of everything: high quality, excellent comfortable bed and the best shower, great value $, lots of space, friendly hosts, beach, cafes & restaurants nearby.

During the week, Priscilla recommended me a lot of places, so it was great to go there by ferry. I was able to stay comfortable. I spent such a great time in Frankston😊

Pamela does hosting like a mother, with love and care. If you are looking a true Airbnb experience as opposed to impersonal hotel experience, you would have come to the perfect spot. She even drove us out to grab dinner since it was raining and we came by bike. The place is immaculate and details are well thought out. Definitely, highly recommend

We had a lovely stay with Bronnie , the house is very spacious great views, a lovely big bathroom and the pool and hot tub are an added attraction. The do it yourself breakfast works well plenty of choice and a chance to mingle with other guests although when we stayed not many others were staying. Bronnie was a great host offering plenty of advise about local attractions to see and do.

It was lovely staying at Kerry’s place. A comfortable home, close to parks and cafes for your morning walk and coffee, and a 30 minute tram ride into the city (or easy 50 min walk if you’re feeling energetic!).

Gill & Bruce were amazing hosts. We checked in quite late and were met with a beautiful cozy clean loft with a complimentary breakfast. We were also provided restaurant recommendations. Everything was walking distance with beautiful scenery. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

Was very happy with our stay, the place is small but perfect for a couple of days to get away, loved the sauna and the garden was beautiful. the tiny home was clean, organised and a great place to relax, and it was nice and quiet. Michelle was great to deal with and friendly and helpful. Would stay again Thankyou
