The best place to stay in Brighton! We absolutely loved our stay here! The unit is just across the beach. Owners are kind and communicate well. Zero issues on check in and check out. The home was lovely and well-managed! We will definitely be back :)

This is the second time we have stayed in the great apartment — and we loved it just as much. The location is fantastic in the heart of Port Melbourne, yet it’s super quiet at night. It’s well equipped and comfortable. Communication with our host was fantastic — friendly and responsive.

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with Douglas was excellent from the time of booking through to our arrival, and he provided plenty of helpful local information, including great restaurant recommendations and travel tips. The apartment itself was beautiful—bright, spacious, and private, located upstairs with plenty of natural light. It had everything we needed and more: a full-sized fridge, coffee machine, water filter, and all the modern conveniences you could ask for. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome pack, which included freshly ground coffee and a selection of delicious goodies—such a lovely way to start our stay! The location was ideal, close to a vibrant high street with shops, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. Getting around was also a breeze, with several public transport options nearby that made our daily travel to the F1 event super easy. Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely stay again!

Great spot for a weekend escape! George & Martha were wonderful hosts, always proactive with communication and made the stay smooth and enjoyable. The place is cozy and comfortable. One thing to note is that the WiFi speed is a bit on the slower side, so if you need fast internet, just keep that in mind. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Absolutely lovely, very spacious and well appointed family home shared with us. Nice quiet surrounds with great outdoor areas. Being pet friendly was a great advantage. Everything was there, didn’t need for anything. Fully stocked pantry, toiletries and fridge essentials. Games and books in abundance. Entire property very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Exceptional host. Will need to include the whole family for our next stay.

Our family stayed for just over a month and enjoyed the house! We appreciated the four bedrooms with individual AC/heat and comfy beds and bedding. The view of the ocean was amazing from the two bedrooms on that side of the house. The back green space connects directly to a wonderful beach for walking. The air hockey table was fun, and kiddo really appreciated the large number of books to read! Our kiddo went to Edithvale Primary School while we stayed at the house, and they really enjoyed it. Restaurants and train station are an easy ~10-15 min walk. Highly recommend!

Debra’s place was comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay with our two small children. The beautiful surrounds were visible out all the windows and made for a relaxing stay. Debra was responsive and very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

I had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb – everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing (if not even better in person!). The attention to detail was impressive – from the cozy furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful little touches that made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep during my stay. The bathroom was clean and modern, with great water pressure and all the amenities I needed. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for me since I needed to do some work during my trip. The location was also perfect – quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. Three generations found our stay at Eldridge Estate perfect as we spent two nights celebrating my son's wedding at neighbouring Red Hill Estate. We all enjoyed the cosy fire and the space to gather together and reflect on our own. The outdoor areas offered beautiful views and a quiet space for me to write my speech:) Vicki is indeed a super host, going out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Great house and location. Suitable to our needs for our stay. Host was responsive and quickly sorted out the minor plumbing issue. Would happily stay here again.
