I do wish there were more cleaning supplies (Lysol, furniture wipes, broom) but overall great experience. The trash can outside were also completely full so it was hard to put trash bags in it when needed.

The property is as advertised. Plenty of amenities! Everything was immaculately clean when we arrived. Instructions provided prior to check in and prior to check out were easy to follow. We would stay here again!

We had such an amazing time at this place! It was much bigger than we expected which was nice. Huge TVs in every room. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Super cute area of Orlando and close to Wekiwa Springs. Kitchen was stocked with every utensil/pot/pan/dish we could possibly need. Pool was big and the backyard felt private. We didn’t want to leave!

My family really enjoyed our stay, the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to use the neighborhood pool which was wonderful. Upon arrival the hosts left us a nice tray of snacks and water. It was decorated simply but pretty, the beds were very comfortable. Lots of seating for meals. Even toiletries in the bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

My son and I stayed in the house during Rockville festival it was a great place to get away from all the crowds, the pool was refreshing after baking in the sun all day.

This location was exactly what we needed for our Rockin’ vacation! We set out for Daytona to attend the Rockville festival and Amber was a great host. This house was our home away from home and included everything we needed to get by and relax after our long days in the sun. Very attentive and responsive. It felt nice to see my dogs were welcomed and even had some treats for them. I would definitely stay here again!

Was happy with the stay. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Neighborhood was peaceful and had nice neighbors as well. If you like the Waffle House, it is in walking distance from the house at the end of the street around the corner, just in case you get hungry late at night! Nice place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days over Christmas while visiting family in the area and it worked out lovely!!! We had our dog with us, so this was the perfect apartment for us. Nice fenced in yard and felt very private but yet still walking distance to Daytona Beach and restaurants! We had booked this very last minute and Aurelia communicated promptly and clearly with check in instructions. Very clean and tidy with everything you would need in the kitchen to make some meals if you are staying awhile. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Definitely check out Pat’s Riverfront cafe just around the block for some great basic breakfast or lunch with a nice view! Would definitely stay here again- what a gem!

Very pleased! Host communicated very well. Not that we needed to reach out, as everything had been well explained. Absolutely zero issues, other than being too busy to spend more time enjoying the house. We really appreciated the extras like the pool table and record player. The location was great as it was only 10 minutes from the speedway, yet in a nice and quiet neighborhood. After a long day out in the sun, the rain shower head felt amazing. The robes were a nice surprise. The kitchen had everything I needed. Traveling with two young teens can be stressful at times, but they had plenty of room to stay out of each others way and plenty to do. Checkout instructions were so simple. Literally perfect stay! I would love to go back sometime for a relaxing stay when we could just chill at the house. Thank you so much!!!

With close proximity to The Estate on the Halifax it’s the perfect place to stay for any events or weddings.

We absolutely loved our stay! We often visit the area at least once a year, the location was close to family which was super convenient to what we’re use to when we visit. The pool was a huge plus for us given our special needs boy loves to swim, during our stay he learned to swim completely on his own so it’s safe to say our stay at Julimars will always be close to our heart! We started swim lessons before our stay for this reason and were so glad we did! Julimar had everything you could possibly think of from utensils, to toys for our boys! We enjoyed our stay so much we’re already planning our next trip! Thank you so much for a beautiful, family friendly space! We can’t brag enough!
