Tobin’s place was fantastic—spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The house had plenty of room for everyone in our group to spread out and enjoy their own space, which made for a very comfortable stay. We also really appreciated the ample parking, with space for multiple vehicles, which isn’t always easy to find. The home was well-maintained with updated amenities throughout, making everything feel fresh and modern. While there was a brief electrical hiccup during our stay, it was completely out of anyone’s control. Tobin handled it with professionalism and kindness, staying in touch and ensuring we had everything we needed with an amazing response time. His communication was excellent and made us feel supported the entire stay. We’d absolutely book here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped home away from home.

Tiffany was a super welcoming host and really easy to reach whenever we had questions or needed anything. The house was super clean and had all the basics—and then some—which made settling in a breeze. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood but still really close to great restaurants and delivery spots. We had an awesome time hanging at the beach, chilling by the pool, and just relaxing in the comfy house. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend if you’re headed to Daytona!

The home was spotless, it was equipped with everything we needed, and the pool and property were well-maintained. Barbara's listing served as a perfect retreat for our trip to attend a family wedding. Highly recommend!

The hot tub and lake was an outstanding feature as was the various birds including salt cranes on the large property. The cottage was very clean and modern. The towns cute downtown area has great restaurants. Be aware that the wall for airflow between bedrooms doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling, which wasn’t a problem for us.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. We commuted back and forth to the Daytona Speedway for Welcome to Rockville and it’s not a bad drive. We were happy to be able to cook something after we got back each night and before we headed out each day. The kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed. The floor plan allows everyone to have their own space after a day in the heat. As a family with a 16 & 20 year old, that was awesome. We’d stay here again!

we loved our stay at Ponce inlet, it's a wonderful neighborhood. we were traveling a lot to and from Daytona beach which was a little drive everytime but it did not trouble us.

Great place for a family to get together and share a few days with their kids and grandkids!

the stay here was great. I even reached out about extra pillows for our stay and Vanessa went above and beyond to order us pillows and had them delivered to the house for our stay. 10/10 would recommend staying again

This BNB was super nice! Great view of the ocean, nice shower, amazing bed, and a nice little kitchen! I stayed here for 5 days and couldn’t have had a better time! Hosts responded quickly and were very helpful. The price was great and was more than reasonable for the location! Would definitely stay here again!

The exterior didn't match the inside so we were worried but pleasantly surprised. These old folks had a hard time with the microwave being so low to the floor. We had to sit on the floor. We couldnt figure out to get the portable AC unit in the bedroom to get cooler the pool was clean. We would stay again.

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful townhome, we were genuinely impressed. The photos were lovely, but they didn't fully capture just how exceptional the space truly is. The home was spotless, stylish, and still managed to feel incredibly cozy and inviting. The location is absolutely perfect, and the attention to detail throughout the house was remarkable. One thoughtful touch we especially appreciated was the labeled kitchen cabinets—such a simple idea, but incredibly helpful. Every part of the home felt modern and well-appointed, with thoughtful amenities that made our stay effortless. Truly, all we needed to bring were our clothes—everything else was provided. Our kids were so happy they didn’t want to leave, and honestly, neither did we. We’re already planning our return and even joked that if the home ever went up for sale, we’d be first in line to buy it!

We enjoyed our stay with Chrissy very much. Everything was as stated in the ad. Chrissy is very friendly and very responsive. She accommodates every wish possible. It was our best AirBnb stay ever. If you want to experience Sanford and Central Florida, stay with Chrissy!

The Mermaid Vibes Studio was clean, well-furnished with amenities and pretty. Check-in was fast and easy, with excellent, fast communication from our host, Lynette. The only inconvenience was noise from ongoing roof work and limited parking as a result of their machinery taking up a lot of space in the parking lot. This has no bearing on the airbnb itself, though, which was excellent. Highly recommend!

Donna is a great host - very tentative! The place was recently renovated and was beautiful! Great view of the ocean with huge windows to look out of, day and night! Definitely recommend staying here to anyone, and will be back myself :)

You couldn't ask for nicer people or how generous they are. You will not be disappointed with your staying it's 1 day or 14 days! The planning that went into this Airbnb was well thought out inside & out. Bed was extremely comfortable and you get so much space and plenty of parking. Close to stores, beach or Orlando. We will always stay here when we are in Florida, we even changed our minds on outings so we could just stay there and relax on her beautiful property with our own patio.

We absolutely loved our stay! Bill made everything as easy as possible! Was spacious enough for all eight of us! The employees at the resort are also so kind and helpful. We never had to leave with everything you need being so close! We can’t wait to come back!

This unit was a great bargain. The place was immaculate and Sergio was indeed a Super Host. The unit had coffee! For our first breakfast and plenty of bottled water. The only problem my partner and I had was with the entry system for the self check in.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at Neil’s place! The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel connected with nature, yet just a 30-60 minute drive from bigger amenities. The pool area was so nice and relaxing, and Brett, who lives in the pool house, was fantastic! Super friendly, kind, and definitely a character our guys could have chatted with for hours. One small note for future guests: the outdoor area is somewhat shared, which wasn’t an issue for us but might be good to mention in the listing, especially for groups who may prefer total privacy. We absolutely loved all the extra towels and blankets provided, and the Bluetooth speakers throughout the property were such a great touch! Nothing but positives to say about this place—we’d definitely stay again! 🍃🏡✨

What a great location! It was so easy to get on and off the highway, a lot of restaurants with in minutes.

The home was clean and beautiful. Wonderful, peaceful location. Claudia was a great and responsive host. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Todd’s place was perfect for our visit to see family in the area. Everyone came over and fished, then grilled our catch of the day. The home is clean, comfortable and close to everything, 5 minutes to two grocery stores, lots of restaurants and 40 minutes to the theme parks. Todd is helpful and friendly and we look forward to our next stay!

The quiet, country location is ideal to truly relax.
