Apartamento vacacional muy acogedor a solo 7 minutos andando a la playa Dispone de plaza de aparcamiento incluida en precio Supermercado en la misma urbanización + todas las comodidades cerca, restaurantes, bares etc. Tram y autobús a la puerta. La urbanización está equipada de 2 piscinas, pista de tenis, campo de fútbol, campo de minigolf y un parque para niños.

Piso en bajo de 148m2 en primera linea de Playa San Juan, en Avenida de Niza, muy cercano a los mejores bares y restaurantes de la zona. Tiene un largo porche y terraza con jacuzzi, ducha y barbacoa. Además con entrada independiente desde la playa. 3 dormitorios y living-comedor de 30m2. En estado impecable. Muy iluminoso y modeno. Para disfrutar todo el año!
