Enjoy a luxury experience at this centrally-located home. The apartment can't be more beautiful and being in a better area you have everything a walk away is located in a privileged enclave to tour the city and its walking corners. Get to know its wonderful beaches , spectacular gastronomy and history all with an enviable climate. We will be glad to recibrite. El Corte Inglés is a 1-minute walk, the bus and train station is 5 minutes away, and the esplanade and old town are only 10 meters away.

I present our house, quiet and central with a garage space and air conditioning included. Gay friendly. Fully equipped (for children and babies). Located in front of the Castle, 10 minutes from Postiguet beach and Central Market, 5 minutes from the Bullring, and 2 minutes from the Marq museum. Marq tram stop 2 minutes away (direct to Benidorm), and several bus stops. Located in a quiet area away from nighttime noise. Independent and autonomous entrance (available + entrance methods).
