We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful – always ready to assist and made us feel truly welcome. The location is perfect, everything you need is just a short walk away. We were warmly greeted with a bottle of wine upon arrival, which was such a lovely touch. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped – even sunscreen, a sun umbrella, and loungers were provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. A truly great place that I can confidently recommend to anyone!

Functional apartment. Convenient for the passagiata and the beach. We had no noise issues.

Yuriys communication was really good and always responsive to any question. The apartment was easy to get to and was in an amazing location, less than 15 minutes walk to anything we wanted to do, quick access to several grocery stores, and lots of choice of restaurants and bars in the immediate area. There was also an amazing cafe 40 metres from the apartment that had great pastries for breakfast. The apartment itself was super comfy, really clean and matched all the photos and descriptions provided. Would definitely recommend or return if ever visiting Alicante

We stayed in this apartment for 8 days and everything was perfect. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. In addition, the host was very kind and attentive at all times, responding quickly to any questions. We definitely recommend this accommodation and hope to return soon!

Ramon was a great host! The place is beautiful and has great views , i liked the apartment set up . It has AC everywhere and was clean . He was super helpful and answered fast to every inquiry I had . I will deff stay here more often :) It exactly as described and looks like the pictures. Amazing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The host was very friendly and responsive. Everything was walkable, with the beach about a 15 minute leisurely walk. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful time in Florin's apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean, very tastefully decorated and incredibly cozy – you feel comfortable from the first moment. The amenities really leave nothing to be desired: the kitchen is not only fully equipped, but even has a water filter system on the faucet - absolutely brilliant! Everything you could need was also in the bathroom, right down to Oropax. The fans and the air conditioning ensure a pleasant climate, and the washing machine was also great. Overall, a perfectly equipped and beautiful apartment – we thank you warmly and will be happy to come back!

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

María and her husband Cosme where very approachable and very quick to respond to any questions that needed answered. the property was very accessible to the beach 5 minutes walk, tram station 5 minutes walk, shops and restaurants, museums 15 minutes walk. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, well equipped kitchen with a easy to use washing machine, dishwasher, cooker/oven and microwave. would definitely recommend

The accommodation is exactly as in the photos, very nice with sea view, directly opposite the beach and close to the center. The city itself is beautiful and Alberto is totally sweet and helpful. Everything is great 👌👌

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It was exactly as described, maybe even better irl. It’s in a perfect location, you can walk to pretty much everywhere you need to go! The balconies are perfect to catch the sun, while you can stay cool indoors with the ceiling fans and air-con. A real perk was the coffee machine and the beach bag with towels and accessories.

What a big spacious clean apartment! One of the best places we have stayed in. Fabulous location, walkable to great restaurants, shopping and to the beach! Antonio is a wonderful host.

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

We as a small family regularly travel, especially in Spain. Out of all the apartments we have rented this stands out as the best. The host Sonia was excellent, very friendly, outgoing and her communication skills were fantastic. The property is in a great location and looks exactly like the photos. 5 stars from us. Great place to stay with an extremely accommodating host who help us with early check-in and luggage storage and then organised a taxi for us for our very early flight

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Hello, we had a pleasant stay with my partner, the gentleman was very attentive at all times, he gave me very detailed instructions. Very kind…. The place is as it is in the photos, extremely clean! Tobacco-free. Great detail!!! Pleasant fruity scent in the bathroom at all times! It is definitely a place to recommend!

Great place, great host, easy check-in, nice and modern, big enough for two couples, two full bathrooms is a big plus. 5 min to tram that takes you direct to city center or up the coast to playa san juan. Host is friendly, as soon as a problem came, he solved it, greetings and cheers to Pedro :)

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

I would highly recommend staying at Franks Beautiful apartment. Franks communication was brilliant and his apartment was even more beautiful in person. It over looks the beach, near lovely restaurants and bars and only a 5-10mins walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
