Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

A very welcoming house, with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the surroundings (there is a lot to see) Eduardo's attention is excellent, very close and attentive. We'll be back as soon as we can.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

It was a great few days, we felt right at home. The house was very clean, both bed linen and towels smelled great. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a tray with a little bit of everything ( coffee, infusions and details for the little one ) that is to be appreciated. Marga and her sister Tere are fantastic people, they took care at all times that we didn't miss anything. The beach 2 min and and supermarkets 3 min by car. If another occasion arises we will repeat. Thank you for everything.

the accommodation is very nice, everything is very clean , the furniture is very complete , you have everything very close , the hosts are very friendly, I would repeat.

The house has every last detail. All kinds of kitchenware, the refrigerator cools, full bathroom, sheets, towels, ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room, very good terrace. Come on, make yourself at home. The pool is very good because it gets the sun all day and the water is great, especially if you go with children. Marian and her son are attentive to any questions and recommend places. I recommend a pure Italian pizzeria called Mariotti (reservations required). We'll be back😊.

we felt super comfortable in the house and Eslida. really nice was also the visit of the mini-supermercado around the corner. at night we heard a nightingale sing.

The location of this property is 10/10. Located in the centre of the old town, surrounded by beautiful squares, restaurants, coffee shops, and winding streets, chapels and the incredible covered food market, just around the corner. The apartment is spotlessly, clean, comfortable, and the roof terrace is a real added bonus. Due to the design of the property, each room is on a separate floor, so if you are infirm in any way, this would present problems. I would absolutely stay again. and recommend to friends

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Sergio was a great host, really friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was as described – clean, comfy, and in a brilliant spot. Loads of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and it was lovely being so close to green spaces too. The kids really enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a long day of being out in the sun. It would be handy if there were a few seats around the pool for anyone not getting in, but as it’s a shared space, that’s not something Sergio can control. The apartment is wonderful - presented immaculately clean, very well fitted out & furnished, it feels like a home not a rented apartment, & the generous roof terrace makes it fantastic - sitting out until late in the evening looking over the rooftops with the sound of the city in the background is a delight - the bed was very comfortable and the airconditioning was super! The location is excellent - just a short easy walk into the centre of Valencia's old town, also with a good sized supermarket just down the road for supplies, and lots of cafes/restaurants/bars all around the area. One of the highlights for us was our host Susanna - she was so friendly, kind and approachable, and clearly genuinely cared that we were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves - whenever we messaged she always replied quickly and was very helpful. We had a lovely stay and will look forward to going back…and would we recommend it?…absolutely without question! 5 stars are not sufficient - well done Susanna & Sam!

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the square. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Desiré is an excellent host who provided lots of very helpful information regarding transport, places to see and restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended and we would definitely return.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Pilar’s place. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with kids. The location was perfect—just a short walk to public transportation, which made it super easy to explore all the sights around the city. Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!

This place was a great place to explore Valencia from. The flat had everything we needed for our two families and was well located close to everything and walkable to Parc Gullivar and Russafa. Thanks for the great stay!
