A nice and cozy little house. The hot tub is ideal for relaxing. It's the perfect place if you're looking to disconnect and rest. In addition to having hiking trails, which is what we like.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

Good place to rest, everything very clean and very complete. Highly recommended

We loved our stay - the house is perfectly equipped, beautiful and comfortable. There were plenty of places to gather but we could also spread out. Rosana’s recommendations improved our experience and she was super helpful and responsive. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay there again.

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Location is perfect- good distance from park and 1 min from metro. Easy to get from airport. Pool is working and clean! Near good restaurants (we liked zazu) and consum and even mediamarket.

Everything very correct and according to the description, central location and 3 min walk from the beach. With good air conditioning for summer, parking in the basement ideal for the summer season, in the warehouse it is usually difficult to park. Wifi great...! Enjoy your stay!!!!

A lovely place to stay, great facilities and an amazing large roof terrace. Really quiet and a lovely location. It's Just a few minutes walk from the 16 bus route, which goes straight into the centre of Valencia. There is a large supermarket just 5 minutes walk away and a trolley in the apartment to help carry your shopping back. The Metro line 3 is a further walk away about 25minutes walk to the nearest station. Its a great place to stay.

I stayed a week while visiting my son. It was a wonderful experience. The apartment is fantastic and the square is an oasis in the middle of busy place del carmen.

We loved our stay! The apartment was in the perfect location to explore and has a private balcony which we used every morning and evening. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There are two Air conditioning units for the warmer days which came in really handy on an evening after exploring all day. Rafael was very proactive and helpful. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend that people chose to stay here!

We felt right at home. The host is very warm. It was no problem to experience the greatest things in Ruzafa and Valencia. All the people were very friendly to us even though we don't speak Spanish. The apartment has so much charm. We could always sleep in. Shower worked great. You could eat very well in the area. We would book here again and again.

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

Vicente was very responsive and welcoming, he waited for us despite the flight delay and helped our friends whose reservation had been canceled to find a new place to stay!! Super!!

We had a great stay at Inés’ cosy and atmospheric place with a beautiful architectural touch. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything we needed. You are 5 minutes walk from the historic center. Three metro stations are also in walking distance. Very good communication with Inés! She is a responsible and professional host. Check-in instructions are very clear and easy to deal with. Inés kindly let us to store our luggage before check-in time as we arrived early in the morning. And also gave us helpful information about the area. Great experience! I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back:)

We spent four days in this lovely apartment, and had a great time. Just in front of the beach, well equipped. There are a lot of nice restaurants around and we did not need yo rent a car. I definitely recommend and hope to come back.

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. Reyes received us perfectly. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Everything was perfect and Reyes is a lovely person. Very good service.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Very good stay in Roberto's apartment. Both he and his father have been attentive to everything we have needed. The apartment is great, with a beautiful and quiet beach nearby, the apartment has phenomenal views of the coast

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others, clean and modern apartment right next to Patacona beach. The flat looks better than the photos show. Great pool which wasn’t even cold in May, loads of playgrounds nearby for kids. Easy bus into town or if you’re feeling lazy like us one can get quick uber into the centre of town for only €8. Proactive host was very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!

Ideal base for a holiday where you want to combine city and beach! Very nice and complete apartment only 5 min walk from Patacona beach. A spacious, nice and reasonably quiet beach, where many locals also come. Eating places on the beach and some in the neighborhood. In the summer, there are a few beach bars (chiringuito's). Cozy atmosphere! For a visit to the city, you can use public transport (especially the bus, which runs very regularly and nearby, travel time 45-60 minutes to the center). However, we rented bicycles for us with our daughter on the back. So we had all the time and flexibility. It is nice to cycle to the center along the boulevards of the beaches of Valencia and through the Turiapark. You can also expect 45-60 min travel time (without stops). There are many bike paths and reasonably well signposted in Valencia. And the city is flat. Cycling is really fun and very easy to do from the apartment. We placed the bikes in the underground garage.

My stay at Mathilde and Elias' house was simply wonderful. The house is very quiet, comfortable and perfectly equipped to accommodate six people. It is well located and easy to find. But what made this experience really special was Elias's kindness: I have rarely met someone so attentive and pleasant. She welcomed us with sweets, juices, and milk, which was a much appreciated gesture. I will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!
