This place was just what my family and I needed for a one night stay before boarding a cruise. Clean and Cozy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This lovely condo at Diplomat matched the photos and description perfectly. Each bedroom and the living space has a large screen smart TV. Both bedrooms had large dressers and closets for storage. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure for the shower was great. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, shopping, access to private beach and a large heated pool (which my kids loved). Along with the usual items available when renting, this condo was also fully stocked with very helpful items that you just don’t think about bringing on vacation (extra spices, parchment paper, plastic wrap, etc.). There was also a large assortment of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys). These details made us feel right at home. Everyone we encountered in the complex was super friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and had a great time! Would definitely recommend this location.

We had a great time it was a beautiful area. We lived the pool area had cabana like things. Besides the people above us were stomping and make a lot of noise at night time. I had a wonderful stay and would come back.

This is a BEAUTIFUL condo! It is right next to the ocean and, with our four month old baby, it was super nice to be able to easily go back and forth from the beach to the condo for naps, food, etc. The condo is also near the pool and everything was clean and nice! One of our favorite places we’ve stayed! Highly recommend!

Arielle’s place was a perfect, quiet beach escape. The location/complex in Cape Canaveral was by far the best on the beach, with the most updated exterior. Such a safe and quiet area. Arielle was SO responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The condo was simple, well decorated and very clean. I can’t recommend this spot enough — the beach access and beach itself were pure bliss! Just show up with minimal, the rest is there. Thank you, Arielle. I look forward to visiting again. My kids would absolutely love this beach condo so we will be back!

The condo was perfect for my fiancé and myself. Just steps from the beach and easy access to other areas. The beach was peaceful with not a lot of people. Kelly was the perfect host. She had good ideas in her guest book that was in the condo. Checking in and out was super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

As native Floridians, we always look for the smaller, private places to stay and we found this hidden gem. The home was clean with no clutter and the location is perfect with a quiet, private beach. David and Kelly were very responsive and we had no troubles at all. We were extremely pleased with the beds, linens, and everything you would need to cook complete meals in the kitchen. And as an AC & Electric business owner, the AC works great! Not a single complaint on this amazing find. Thank you both for being great hosts!

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

Stuart was a very responsive host (especially when i forgot something and he was able to help me get back in to find it). Such a great place to stay, just steps from the beach. The building was fairly occupied when we stayed, but the pool area never felt crammed, nor was noise an issue from other guests.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

This is my third day in this beautiful condo, well decorated clean as can be, beautiful kitchen, full refrigerator. Extremely comfortable and right on the beach as well as within walking distance to restaurants and stores. I will be back. The hosts are amazing! Thank you, David and Eileen….

We had the best time! The house was stocked with everything you would need for the beach and some fun bonus items (Cornhole boards! Yay!) it’s the perfect size for a family of four with a pup! It was quiet and relaxing. It was our first time bringing a pup and staying at a pet friendly Airbnb. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. It was a perfect experience. There was a “dog beach” steps from the unit. And our host as so friendly and super responsive and understanding. We are already planning our next stay. Thank you so much!

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was just a short walk from our room to the beach, which was not at all crowded. We were able to see one rocket launch from balcony in the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The pool was perfect and everything was clean and well stocked. They even had a lot of beach toys and chairs. ❤️

This was my third time renting with Deborah, and once again, it was a great experience. She is an absolute delight! Deborah is friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. The property is always spotless, in a great location, and exactly as described.

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

This condo was just what we needed to unwind at the beach! The view is unparalleled and having a washer and dryer was a game-changer with kids on the trip. Would highly recommend this property!

My wife and I really enjoyed the relaxing few days we got to spend here. The balcony facing the ocean was a joy. We saw many dolphins and cruise ships off in the distance. The beach was not busy at all , which was a blessing. Evan communicated very well to some work that was being done on the building. We would stay again.

We had a great time at Lisa’s place. The location was perfect, steps to the beach and pool. We got to watch a rocket launch from the beach…something my kids all said was the highlight of their trip. Lisa was so sweet to give us the launch details and reminder so we didn’t miss it. Everyone at the pool and in the condo area were also very nice. 15/10 would stay again!!

The condo was great. I would strongly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach. The layout of the condo was roomy and everything inside seemed like brand new. All of the furniture was comfortable and practical. All of the appliances seemed like new and everything worked great. It was in a very good location with walking access to several restaurants, a donut shop, and a supermarket. It is in a quiet location as it is off the main road by more than a block. The outside of the property was very well maintained and secure with a single covered parking space. The pool was clean and roomy. Beach access was very close and secure with a gate for this specific community. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Cocoa Beach.

We had a great experience, Wendy was a great host! The home was very nice with everything we needed to cook, shower, visit the beach, and even something extra from the host. Great location, close to the pier and other walkable stores and restaurants. Will definitely save this place for my next visit to Cocoa.
