This condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults and a baby. It was as described very clean, and modern. All of our needs for the baby were met. The location was absolutely perfect, steps to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and grocery. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided as well as a cooler! Host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The host was very helpful! We loved our vacation here! Lots for the kids and adults to do. The beach was very quiet and nice. The house boat had everything we needed. A very peaceful and fun family time!!!

This is a great Airbnb. It is in a great location very close to restaurants and the beach. The space is very well maintained and has a lot of extras that made our stay comfortable (beach supplies, soft towels, kitchen items etc). We had a young child traveling with us and the host went out of his way to provide childproofing items and accommodate us with an early check in. We visit the area frequently and will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

This home is a dream. The proximity to the beach is superb, but once you step into the backyard and your private oasis, you'll be tempted to stay there. The house is beautifully decorated with every detail you can imagine. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows provided. The kitchen is spacious and the layout of the house with two living rooms allows your party to do their own thing when they want to. The backyard was the highlight for us. The landscaping provides pure seclusion. During the day we relaxed in the pool loungers and every evening we would relax in the spa and then dry off under the patio lights by the table fire pit. We did not need to bring over half of what we did because so many amenities and beach items are provided. I can't think of one negative thing to say except we didn't stay long enough!

The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach, making it super easy for morning walks and sunset views. We brought our 6 month old and it was very convenient. The unit was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for a beach getaway!

We traveled with our 3- and 4-year-old kids, and everything was wonderful. The place is cozy and quiet, very clean and beautiful. It’s close to the ocean, which was perfect. Honestly, we have no words — everything was just the way we hoped and planned. We’re definitely planning to come back again!

I stayed for a little over a week and the Sandpiper studio was fantastic! Deidre was very communicative and responsive, the unit was clean with basically every amenity you could think of, and the location was awesome. Close to all kinds of shops and restaurants, and right across from a nice and quiet beach entrance. I would absolutely stay again.

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

Beautiful place in a great location. Clean and stocked with supplies. Loved the code entry so no key at the beach. 15 seconds walk to the pool, 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes by car to the Port restaurants. 10 minutes to Cocoa Beach. This property was perfect for our family. Bedrooms were spaced well, allowing the children to sleep in the room with two beds with mom and dad having the room (king bed) next door with a large bathroom for them to share. Grandpa and I had another bedroom with our own bathroom (close enough to the pool area for others to share when using the other door to enter). The fourth bedroom (king bed, with en suite bathroom) was tucked in the back of the house to allow more privacy. The washer/dryer was nice to have also. Location to the beach was great. We loaded up the wagons with beach chairs, umbrella, & sand toys (all provided) then walked down to the beach (1 block away). When we came back, we rinsed off in the outdoor shower before swimming for hours in the pool. It was screened in so we didn't have to worry about bugs at night. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. and we even used the outdoor flat stone grill to eat our meals in. Best vacation ever!

Arielle’s place was a perfect, quiet beach escape. The location/complex in Cape Canaveral was by far the best on the beach, with the most updated exterior. Such a safe and quiet area. Arielle was SO responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The condo was simple, well decorated and very clean. I can’t recommend this spot enough — the beach access and beach itself were pure bliss! Just show up with minimal, the rest is there. Thank you, Arielle. I look forward to visiting again. My kids would absolutely love this beach condo so we will be back!

Family vacation after driving 8 hours. We were allowed to check in early, which was amazing since we had an 8 month old with us. We could see the beach from the house. Would definitely stay again

We’ve stayed in this condo complex several times, and Steve’s place was the best. Steve communicated rapidly and efficiently, and without having us feel “monitored “ in any way. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed my stay. The host were great. They had all the supplies we needed for our trip. Beach towels and equipment, a book of local attractions and restaurants.

Amy is an awesome host and her home is beautiful. It’s in a great area of Cocoa Beach, with a two minute walk to the beach. It was super close to Publix and a bunch of restaurants. Amy was extremely responsible and helpful and gave lots of recommendations about things to do in the area. We had two adults and 5 kids ages 11-16 and everyone felt right at home.

We had a great stay at this condo! It’s located less than a block from the beach, yet the area is quiet and peaceful perfect for relaxing. The condo itself is updated, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful, quickly answering our questions. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was wonderful for our kids, grandkids and ourselves. The views are incredible… can see the sunset and sunrise from upstairs. Jen and Shane were wonderful… very quick to answer all my questions!

This was our first time renting an Air BNB and the experience was great! Great communication, home was beautiful and perfect for our family, clean, easy to find, easy check in and out, great location and only a block walk from the beach! We were also able to bring our chocolate lab with us with no issues! We will definitely book this home again in the future! Thank you so much!
