Waterfront holiday rentals in Poreč

The apartment was one the favourite of the many I've stayed in over the years. The location was as central as you be, the windows opened out to an amazing view over the harbour and the front door was on the main pedestrianised shopping street. The apartment itself was well equipped, the shower worked well and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. What more could you ask for!

Unkompliziert, sehr freundlich. Toller Ausblick aufs Meer, kurze Wege ins Zentrum. Da wir Anfang-Mitte Oktober dort waren, ist der Ort bereits recht still und es hat nicht mehr alles geöffnet, aber wer Ruhe mag genau das richtige. Lukas Mama wohnt nebenan und hat uns mit einer Schale voller frisch gepflückten Mandarinen empfangen. Sehr nett!

A beautiful apartment in peacefull location, when you're looking for "different" vacation as in popular tourist places, here you go. Klaudia and Deni are very friendly and welcomed us personally, it was very nice with sharing local tips. Apartment was nicely equipmet with all you need, even for travelling with small kids.

Die unterkunft war wirklich super. tolle Lage mit tollem ausblick. tolles apartment. sehr schnelle und freundliche kommunikation. tolle ausstattung. sicherer parkplatz und das apartment war auch sehr einfach zu finden. uns wurde sogar ein früherer check in und späterer check out angeboten.

Wir brauchten kurzfristig eine Unterkunft in Pula und haben sie bei Ivan gefunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen, so dass wir zu Fuss viel anschauen konnten.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich unglaublich schön. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Der Strand ist direkt an der Unterkunft. Wunderschöne Spaziergänge kann man dort machen. Mit dem Bus gelangt man in nur 10 min. in die Altstadt. Auch ein Shopping Center ist nur 2 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Alles in einem war es ein super Urlaub.

Wir haben das Apartment von Igor zu dritt für zwei Nächte gebucht. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und der Meerblick einfach unglaublich. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Marko empfangen, dieser hilft auch bei anderen Fragen und Problemen. Er hatte uns auch geholfen einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir waren nun außerhalb der Saison dort, weshalb ich keine Angaben zur Lautstärke machen kann. Die Küche der Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet.

Dean was a great host. He responded quickly to any requests and provided us with wonderful recommendations. The location is easy for getting around the old town area.

Schön groß und modern. War alles vorhanden was man braucht. Haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank. Gerne wieder

Séjour très agréable dans une maison bien équipée, au calme, accès facile à la plage. Hôtes très accueillants, sympathiques et discrets. Toujours aux petits soins pour nous, plein de gentilles attentions ....nous recommandons cette location. Merci encore à Ilija et sa femme.

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

Sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft, wir durften auf Nachfrage auch deutlich früher einchecken und die Gastgeberin spricht gutes Deutsch. Der Strand ist gut erreichbar und ausgestattet, bietet schattige Plätze und eine schöne, preiswerte Strandbar. Das Wasser ist türkis, aber trüb & die Natur atemberaubend! Das einzige Manko, welches wir haben ist, dass die Bilder des Inserats veraltet sind. Die meisten Einrichtungsgegenstände sind mittlerweile ausgetauscht oder entfernt worden - das ist jedoch positiv, vor allem oben im Wohnzimmer - oder stehen woanders. Auch die große Wohnungsanlage direkt nebenan, existiert auf den Bildern noch gar nicht. Durch diese bleibt es vor allem im Außenbereich lange schattig. Das Dorf ist ruhig und leer, abgesehen von den Booten und Autos im Hafen und einem großem Kraftwerk nebenan. Es reisen jedoch viele Menschen täglich zum Strand & an einem Abend gab es dort sogar ein großes Konzert. Wir hatten insgesamt eine schöne Zeit und wurden nicht enttäuscht!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt - ein privater Strand ist direkt daneben, zum Ort geht man 5 Minuten und wundervolle Spazier-Wege sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und als etwas in der Wohnung nicht funktionierte wurde das Problem prompt behoben. Die Küche ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet - zum Kochen ist alles da was man braucht. Sveta Marina ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort und man kann sich hier gut erholen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Cristian was exceptionally helpful from meeting us at the port & escorting us to our house to organising transport upon leaving. He provided great local advice also. The house is beautiful, easily accessible and in the heart of the old town. Rovinj is stunning & we can’t wait to return. No recommendation is too high. Jack.

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

We had a wonderful week in Fažana! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, exactly as described, and in a great location—just a short walk to the beach and close to many local places of interest. It made our stay relaxing and convenient. Doris is a great host and we received lots of valuable tips for our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

Andrej was a very responsive host. The place was in a great location, very walkable as the whole city is carless so you have to leave your car just outside the city center (make sure to download the easy park app). The layout of the room created plenty of space with the bed as a loft. The skylight makes it light during the day but also in the early morning (I slept with an eye mask). It is quiet given how central it is and Andrej gave us lots of information on things to do and see. Note for Americans-second floor is the top floor ;)

Prima host en top co-host, spreken erg goed Duits. Beide heel erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Let even op: appartement is op de 2e verdieping, en alleen met trap te bereiken. Goede bank en prima boxspring. Hele goede keuken, let wel alleen snelfilter koffie apparaat.

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

Super charmerende by lejlighed ud til et fint lille torv med to af byens bedste restauranter. Perfekt beliggenhed og med alt indenfor rækkevidde: der er ti minutters gang fra busstationen og alt andet ligger lige rundt om hjørnet: strand, vand, restauranter, barer, supermarked og små butikker. Aleksandra er en perfekt værtinde, der responderer hurtigt og strækker sig langt ift at hjælpe sine gæster.

Wir sind viel unterwegs und diese Unterkunft war eine der besten die wir je gemietet haben ! Die Gastgeberinnen waren immer sofort erreichbar. Leider mußten wir den Urlaub auf Grund einer Erkrankung abbrechen , aber wir werden wiederkommen!

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!
