The accommodation is impeccable, perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need to feel good, whether for a short or long stay. Plus, the location is great. I 100% recommend this cozy little nest for a stay in Brittany!

Beautifully decorated and very clean apartment, bright, large glass window facing the sea and calm. Emilie is a great host, excellent communication, pleasant, attentive. Access via key safe, code came by message in Messenger a few hours before. Private parking, but this is only accessible once you have taken the key from the key safe. Super nice, spacious apartment with everything you need. Even a washing machine is available. Nespresso machine available and some capsules to start, but no normal coffee machine. Nice, helpful communication via chat messages. Quiet location in Plerin, near the cemetery and the small town center with a bakery nearby. By car, you can quickly reach St. Brieuc or the beaches (e.g. Plage des Rosaiers). We will be happy to come back.

Extraordinary apartment, with a sublime view of Pléneuf beach, we never tire of looking at the sea from the large glass windows. Luxury amenities. Only beds would deserve to be bigger and more comfortable: double beds are 160 and mattresses could be better. In addition: parking with GreenUp plug.

The apartment has a fantastic location, in the evening it is quiet and you have a great view of the Atlantic. You can enjoy the view even at breakfast. The apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated. You should still bring a sharp knife. Caroline is a very nice hostess.

We had a great time thanks to Joel and his lovely apartment. The view from the balcony is a beautiful gift, with boats, the sea, the lighthouse, sunrise, calm… The accommodation was spotless and the equipment is very clean and modern. The bed is very comfortable. It is very well located, next to good restaurants, the beach and the GR34. Joel is very kind and flexible for schedules. He is a good tip for walks and restaurants. We stayed with the desire to go back because it's the ideal Airbnb for a great holiday.

Excellent hosting, ideal location, apartment with all the essentials. Viviane takes great care of her beautiful studio. And exceptional sea views! Ideas for discoveries, hikes, visits... given by Viviane or in all the documentation. For your information, on the practical side: no wifi, but most importantly, very little network 😉 Parking at the foot of the building. Access to shops and hiking trails on foot. Provide extra for linen (excellent quality), cleaning and heating. We'll be back as soon as we can!

Step for one night on a hike on the gr34... the coast is steep but Magali's welcome is very warm. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and the location is peaceful . Thank you Magali for your hospitality and looking forward to seeing you again!

Accommodation in line with our expectations and descriptions: quiet, clean, well-equipped, etc. The slightly cool accommodation was particularly appreciated during these hot days. Delphine gave us a very good welcome with small Breton specialties, a sign of her professionalism and kindness. Recommended 😜

We had a great stay with my 10-year-old daughter. The studio is very well furnished, clean, functional and tastefully decorated. The sea view is very beautiful. A small private garden (shared with the 2nd studio) allows you to enjoy the sun while admiring the view. The hosts are available and attentive and you can enjoy the terrace of their Café Librairie for a drink and a snack. The studio is easily accessible from Saint Brieuc train station by city bus. You can also reach Martin Plage on foot in 35-40 minutes by a route that offers beautiful views of the Bay. You still have to bring sports shoes, but the course is accessible even for a young child. Small shopping area less than 10 minutes' walk away offering all the necessary services. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

I recommend Samuel's accommodation. Came to the legate to rest. Had a great time. The accommodation was clean, bright, comfortable. The veranda with the balneo bathtub is a real plus as well as the terrace🌺 The port is a 2-minute walk away, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. The "Martin Beach" beach is 10 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay there again.

Michel is a responsive and pleasant host. His place is as described, it would almost fail to specify the very nice setting in which it is with "the abbey" and the park of the rest house. That's lovely. Well placed for a stroll around the area. Small downside on cleanliness which is more due to a failure by the concierge. Michel's son was responsive to help us with the shortcomings. The pillows (cakes) would need to be reviewed on the other hand. In itself, a good weekend in the area.

The accommodation is faithful to the description with small touches that make the difference (small treats, jams, orange juice, etc.) Impeccable and very well-equipped accommodation as well as comfortable bedding +++ the spa bath a real little plus with a bathroom also very well equipped (hair dryer and straightener). pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment with breathtaking views of the lake. we would definitely recommend this place.
