loved our stay in this chic apartment! very fittingly decorated for the artsy part of town. appreciated the mini fridge and bottled water/snacks. easily walkable and safe to downtown Paducah, and the coffee shop next door was a nice morning treat. wonderful stay, would definitely come back.

The apartment is gorgeous and spacious, and it is a five minute walk to Freight House, which is our favorite restaurant! Alissa is extremely helpful and kind, and is very responsive. Thanks again for another wonderful visit!

David’s place is a great downtown location. Very walkable to restaurants and the river walk. Easy check-in and checkout. Laundry facilities are a bonus. Would stay again.

I was surprised at just how big the space actually was. For an upstairs unit, it felt like a whole house. The hot tub was AMAZING! You can hear noises and people around you pretty easily, but it didn’t bother us at all. We enjoyed the stay 💕💕

Jenni prepared a clean and satisfactory environment. I was able to relax and enjoy myself. She was prompt when getting back with me anytime I messaged her. I would definitely return for a getaway and would suggest her space for anyone looking for an affordable Airbnb.

We love staying here! The space is wonderful, very clean and well equipped. We really appreciated the variety of Keurig coffee pods! Alissa takes wonderful care of the guests and we always stay here when visiting if it is available. Bed is comfortable and it’s in a fantastic location with many restaurants, shops, as well as the jewel of the area, The Market House Theatre, being steps away. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful penthouse! The space was bright, spacious, and impeccably clean, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The calm atmosphere and comfortable layout made it feel like a home away from home. Cute, extremely clean one bedroom apartment with large living room area. Even though it was across the street from the hospital, there wasn’t extra noice of emergency vehicle (one of my pre booking concerns). There was a minor problem with the air conditioner at check-in that was immediately resolved. Great communication and resolutions from the host. I would definitely book this location again if I’m the area.

Ashley was everything a great host should be. Very friendly and was available anytime we had a question. The condo is top notch, well decorated, good size and just steps away from all that is happening on the square such as shops, food or whatever you need. You won’t need a car to get around town. We will be back again for sure.
