Apartment holiday rentals in Pope County

This is the second time we stayed at this property in Paducah. The place is always very clean and everything we wanted to do is in walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away!!

loved our stay in this chic apartment! very fittingly decorated for the artsy part of town. appreciated the mini fridge and bottled water/snacks. easily walkable and safe to downtown Paducah, and the coffee shop next door was a nice morning treat. wonderful stay, would definitely come back.

The apartment is gorgeous and spacious, and it is a five minute walk to Freight House, which is our favorite restaurant! Alissa is extremely helpful and kind, and is very responsive. David’s place is a great downtown location. Very walkable to restaurants and the river walk. Easy check-in and checkout. Laundry facilities are a bonus. Would stay again.

I was surprised at just how big the space actually was. For an upstairs unit, it felt like a whole house. The hot tub was AMAZING! You can hear noises and people around you pretty easily, but it didn’t bother us at all. We enjoyed the stay 💕💕

We really enjoyed the apartment. It has a great location, near restaurants, easy parking, lots of natural light. The bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t ask for a better stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful penthouse! The space was bright, spacious, and impeccably clean, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The calm atmosphere and comfortable layout made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and refreshing stay in a downtown Paducah!

Beautiful apartment in an excellent downtown location! The gated parking and elevator were convenient and secure. We look forward to staying here again when visiting Paducah.

Cute, extremely clean one bedroom apartment with large living room area. Even though it was across the street from the hospital, there wasn’t extra noice of emergency vehicle (one of my pre booking concerns). There was a minor problem with the air conditioner at check-in that was immediately resolved. Great communication and resolutions from the host. I would definitely book this location again if I’m the area.
