Claudio was a brilliant host, offered lots of recommendations and was really helpful. The accommodation was in a fabulous and convenient location. The bed linen and towels were beautifully clean and the air conditioning worked brilliantly, the beds were very comfortable and everything was just as listed. We would love to stay there again.

The agency was kind and quick to check in and provide us with all the necessary info. The location of the apartment is beautiful (stairs apart but it would not be Ponza otherwise). The panoramic terrace and the spacious house. Beautiful base for beautiful vacations.

If I can give this place more stars I would. This was definitely one of my best stay on Airbnb. The price was very fair. The location was out of this world. My friends and I could not get enough of the view. There was also plenty of fun activities to do as well as plenty of amazing restaurants. Lastly, the hostess Conny was absolutely wonderful. Extremely friendly and gave many great recommendations. She went above and beyond! This is a must stay!

Stay at Alessandra's house if you want to feel like a real ponzesi!!! It is 5 minutes walk from the urban nucleus of Ponza, good location for walking to shop or dinner in the evenings. He also gave us a little shortcut to go down that we loved it. The house itself is very nice and cozy, the best is undoubtedly its terraces. There is plenty of room to drink while watching the sunset, even dining out under the moonlight is possible. We were 7 people and we all liked the house very much but what we loved was Alessandra's attention. She was very attentive to us and makes you feel very comfortable from the first moment, she gives you many tips and even contacts of people from the island to make your stay as pleasant and relaxed as possible. Also on the last day he behaved very well with us, letting us go out later, which we greatly appreciate. She is undoubtedly a super host and we recommend her home on the beautiful island of Ponza!!!

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities and has a terrace with a breathtaking view. The bus stop under the house allows you to move easily without renting a means to move around the island. Davide, the owner is extremely helpful and kind, he offered us valuable tips for the stay.

Christine and Gino were incredibly helpful and kind guests, they provided us with exhaustive explanations of the island's activities, from restaurants to hiking, to transportation. Airbnb was in a quiet, peaceful area with sea views and helped us live a unique experience on this enchanting island. Highly recommended!

the accommodation is in a fantastic location to visit the island, Cala Fuente (rocks equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas) reachable on foot is a small corner of paradise. The bus stop a short distance away allows you to easily visit the island without the use of your own means, the fact that both at the end is not discounted especially in periods of high season, there is always a place. The view from the terrace in front of the accommodation is wonderful, you can dine in front of fantastic sunsets. Excellent management of the agency, very efficient, and the hospitality of the owners who made us feel at home. Not recommended for those who have walking problems for the numerous stairs and descents (typical of an island such as Ponza) , highly recommended to all others. We will definitely be back!

A fantastic place to stay on Ponza! The views are even more beautiful than the photos! We loved staying here. Our family of four was very comfortable. Good beds, equipped kitchen, washing machine for laundry, and the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea! We watched beautiful sunsets and listened to the sounds of waves every night. Close enough to walk to a grocery store, pizza place, and beach. We would definitely return here - a wonderful place to stay!

We are back after 8 years on the beautiful island of Ponza. The island has remained wild and authentic, but with a few more innovations. This time we chose Luciano's house. We were in the car and we always found the public parking on the main street (from 15/06 it is mandatory to pay the subscription to avoid the risk of fines, Luciano will give you the right information to respect the parking rules). 40 meters of quiet climb from the public parking and you will be in your home, here the view will be fantastic, every evening you can admire the sunset with a view of the island of Palmarola... a unique show! The beds are comfortable and air conditioning will be at your disposal. Cala dell'Acqua is also easy to reach on foot, and the beach umbrellas and sun loungers for rent are the best!You can also rent boats without a license to tour the island of Ponza and Palmarola. The Tartaruga bar, in front of the Church, is always open and is the historical memory of Ponza

The SoleMare agency is great. Christine is a wonderful and helpful person, she has given us many tips on the most beautiful places to visit making us settle in immediately. In addition, we were accompanied to the accommodation by car by Mr. Gino, also very kind and company. The house has a wonderful view, but I recommend renting a moped to get around the "Le Forna" area. The only "flaw" is the shower that would need a shower tray to avoid sudden flooding.

We had a really good experience, apartment close to all amenities, essential to live full Ponza. Well-maintained and well furnished, really very nice, I would go back.

Barbara is a super friendly host and always with a helping hand if needed. Basic standard but all in all, you have everything you need when staying in this beautiful island and it’s beautiful surroundings. The nearest natural bath Cala fonte was closed but Cala Feola is lovely and easy to reach by local bus. Restaurant with tasty food in the same building and also ok to take away to eat at your own patio. Thank you so much for everything Barbara!

Gabriella's accommodation is great, very clean, well maintained and decorated and equipped with love. The outdoor area is also very cozy. Two small supermarkets and some restaurants are within walking distance. The bus stop is very close. From the apartment you have a view of the countryside but unfortunately not of the sea. The nearby bay has been closed for years due to rockfall. All access to the sea via mostly steep footpaths. The boat trip to Palmarola with "il Fauno" is also highly recommended

Perfect Nella! A special hostess. Her suggestions were instrumental in finding what I wanted on the island: peace, simplicity and silence. It's no small feat in a place where it's easy to get sucked into the nightlife or find yourself imprisoned by the countless management shortcomings. Michele

The apartment reserved for an unexpected event was not available but Mrs. Giovanna welcomed us into an even better apartment. We spent a week relaxing. Fantastic view of the bay , the most beautiful beaches and coves easily accessible by bus and moped. A stone's throw from supermarkets, tobacco and bars. Very positive experience and a special thank you to Mrs. Giovanna's kindness. We'll definitely be back.

Great host, great price, and I had a magical week on Ponza! 5 stars. And I wish I had known in advance that there is no wifi, no A/C, and the walk to the port, while only 10 minutes, is steep. Where good shoes, and burn off the delicious fish and pasta ☺️

Very nice house, at the top of the port of Ponza, with a great view of the port, easy to access (just climb steps, but taxi possible), with a very welcoming host in the person of Sabina and her friends who kindly did the check-in & check-out for us. The place is ideal for a stay in Ponza with friends.
