Waterfront holiday rentals in Ponza

This little apartment is perfect for a weekend in Ponza. Despite the incorrect location of the agency on Google Maps, the host was very kind and punctual to provide us with directions. The various services offered were consistent with those described: very fresh and clean linens, very convenient location for travel and breathtaking views. If I have to go back to Ponza, I know where to sleep.

The apartment is in a perfect location for you to discover all of the beautiful beaches/swimming spots on the island. Highly recommend!

Super nice accommodation with wonderful sea views. Perfect for beautiful and relaxing holidays for two! Air conditioning top, kitchen with good basic equipment, fly screens on all windows and view of the sea even directly from the bed. The whole property as well as the cottage are very well maintained, clean and furnished with heart. We felt comfortable right from the start. Alfredo as a host was always available and had a quick and satisfactory solution for all problems. Small shop, various sea accesses (snorkeling!) and restaurants within walking distance. In addition, there is almost always a bus that you can take to explore the whole island. Ponza is a real discovery for us, especially in the off-season! Happy to come back - Grazie Alfredo!

Marianna’s listing was so central and maybe a 2 minute walk from the beach. We were able to check in early and even got walked to our apartment. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Marianna was incredibly responsive and we really appreciated her help throughout the process. Ponza is stunning I completely recommend!

I stayed with my Fidanzato for 5 days. We booked the last week of September , a great time to tour Ponza in peace without the chaos of tourism , in addition we found Alfredo an exquisite person who was always available full of tips that helped us organize the holiday at its best and was able to visit the whole island also thanks to the scooter that offers you at an affordable price... both the accommodation from Alfredo and the island of Ponza are highly recommended, if we had to come back I would definitely know where to stay , Thank you for the magnificent vacation.

Fantastic apartment with sea view within walking distance of the harbor. Francesco has created a beautiful situation of multiple apartments or rooms in a single complex where you have all the privacy you want but there are also convivial spaces, well maintained. I could not recommend this stat enough! The view and this island was spectacular for me to solo travel as well! I will definitely be back! Alfredo was the best host I have ever had, he was extremely accommodating, helpful and even shared a meal with his friends with me, made me feel very welcome on the island. It was an amazing stay and Alfredo did everything to help!

Perfect Ponza Accommodation. Wonderful views of the balcony, extremely comfortable and beautiful room. All very clean and organized. Excellent Bathroom. Very nice and pleasant neighborhood. Within walking distance of the apartment, there is a bus stop to all the main points of the island. Attention only for those with reduced mobility, there are a few steps to reach the apartment. I hope to return soon.

We are very satisfied with our experience and treatment with Simone and his father in Ponza. The apartment is nice, clean and has a superb patio with lots of space, furniture, fruit trees and shade. Simone communicated well and was flexible in terms of check-in and responded lightning fast when we had questions or sought recommendations for restaurants, beaches, grocery store and more. We can highly recommend this home. Very nice area and you can't find a friendlier host.

The agency was kind and quick to check in and provide us with all the necessary info. The location of the apartment is beautiful (stairs apart but it would not be Ponza otherwise). The panoramic terrace and the spacious house. Beautiful base for beautiful vacations.

Christine and Gino were incredibly helpful and kind guests, they provided us with exhaustive explanations of the island's activities, from restaurants to hiking, to transportation. Airbnb was in a quiet, peaceful area with sea views and helped us live a unique experience on this enchanting island. Highly recommended!

The place is comfortable and well-kept. The hosts are very kind, responsive, and welcoming. I very convenient location because it is very close to the port and the center of Ponza. I'll definitely be back!

Wonderful place and highly recommended! Mr. Francesco and his staff were really available and handy... between a spaghettata and a Ferragosto embroidery in their outdoor kitchen felt like they were family! The clean and comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need! we recommend taking a boat ride with your son Andrea and Michela super helpful and nice!!!! We will definitely be back!
