Stayed for 3 weeks ! Lovely villa well furnished and felt like home ,nice garden and a good sized swimming pool.

The host was very friendly and warmly welcomed us to check in.The villa is new and the hygiene is good and even nicer than on the photos.The pool can be cleaned up in time, and everyone had a great time.Very lucky to stay in such a nice house in Pattaya!

Pool was fantastic and house was spacious

The place in a quiet area a little bit away from the beach, but this is what we wanted as it was within walking distance of the music venue we were attending. The pool was great and everything you needed was there.

Great private villa to enjoy beautiful garden and pool. The villa has perfect facilities to enjoy holidays with big rooms. My 9-year-old kid really enjoyed days in this villa. I really liked beautiful flowers in the garden around the pool. Hans, the host, and his team coordinated perfectly to accommodate us to grasp what we needed and to troubleshoot even minor issues. Their response were always super quick and accurate. Perfect location to enjoy holidays in Pattaya. I recommend everyone coming to Pattaya stay this villa to enjoy holidays with friends or family. Thank you very much Hans and his team. Will come back here again in the near future for sure.

A very modern villa, located in Pattaya city, surrounded by convenient living, opposite is 79 show, the villa has ktv private room, we spent a wonderful day here, and the enthusiastic landlord answered us a lot of travel-related questions, thank you very much!

Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The little helper is also very cute and kind, the explanation and introduction are very complete, and the housekeeper and the landlord respond super promptly. Stayed here for 3 nights. The accommodation has sufficient amenities to use. It feels like home. Beautiful view, sitting and watching the boats. The owner is attentive. The downside is that there are too many stray dogs. When you enter the house, they are a bit suspicious. But overall, it's okay.

Our host was very accommodating and responsive. Mam even drove us around on our first day to buy food and drinks. It was 10-20 minute drive from the busy spots of Pattaya. The place was a bit old (but in a good way), very huge, and beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in this home.

The location is very good as the price is expensive. I moved so conveniently while in Pattaya. The accommodation is also clean. If you call Grab, it comes right away.

We had a lovely stay . New knives and various kitchen utensils were missing in the kitchen and then an oven was missing. Our host Mini has been amazingly friendly and helpful during our stay so we give her 5 big stars ..

Fantastic time at Jan's house. It was perfect for my family, very spacious and ticked all the boxes for us. Very peaceful and private, staff very helpful and amenities very good. We regularly used the gym and pool. Jan was a great host, very responsive and thoughtful with the way the house was presented. I would recommend own transport if you stay here, we had a car so it was no issue for us. Bang Sare is 10 min drive and Sattahip around 15 mins, both are great for food, drink and relaxation. Jans place is definitely recommended.👍🏻

This accommodation is just a goat. Very close to the swimming pool The location is good. It's right in front of the convenience store. Just make it big 2 Toilets 3 room 3 Beds 1st floor living room huge 1 Separate kitchen is huge And in the best condition. This is the first time I've seen an Airbnb that's better in real life than in the photos. I'm afraid I won't be able to go next time because it's so popular. Next time I visit Pattaya, I'll definitely stay here. 15 minutes to anywhere Taxi fare is very cheap, so the location is awesome In front of the restaurant, convenience facilities, etc. are local prices, so I am satisfied.

Nice place for a big family. Not the most luxurious place, but fit the needs of our outing and fit the budget. Definitely need to have transportation to get around. Would recommend for a getaway if you just wanna hang out with a large group.

This house is comfortable and conveniently located not far from the golf course we played at. The host communicated with us very well, and the house was well-equipped with amenities. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
