Stayed for 3 weeks ! Lovely villa well furnished and felt like home ,nice garden and a good sized swimming pool.

Great private villa to enjoy beautiful garden and pool. The villa has perfect facilities to enjoy holidays with big rooms. My 9-year-old kid really enjoyed days in this villa. I really liked beautiful flowers in the garden around the pool. Hans, the host, and his team coordinated perfectly to accommodate us to grasp what we needed and to troubleshoot even minor issues. Their response were always super quick and accurate. Perfect location to enjoy holidays in Pattaya. I recommend everyone coming to Pattaya stay this villa to enjoy holidays with friends or family. Thank you very much Hans and his team. Will come back here again in the near future for sure.

This villa was exactly as advertised. It's really cozy and has an amazing outside area. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable and everything was really clean. What more could you want? :-) Jonathan as a host was great. He always answered very quickly, early check in was possible and he is just overall a really nice guy. I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you Paul, Kak, and Art and sister for being amazing hosts, your home is very clean,spacious, and well laid out for a large family, with kitchen, bathroom and two family rooms with TV's downstairs, and a further bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs, one of which also has the ensuite with jacuzzi (which our children loved!) and we were thankful for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Thank you for the towel for each guest, which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the use of the community pool which was very refreshing after busy mornings sight-seeing! Your home is in a quiet complex about 15 mins away from Pattaya centre and beach so it was lovely to have peace on our return each day. The main road is only 100 yards away which gives access to lots of bars, restaurants and a foodmarket which we enjoyed exploring! All in all, we loved that you took the time to ensure we had everything we needed during our holiday including booking our transfer to Bangkok on our last

I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

มาพักที่นี่ 3 คืน ที่พักมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเพียงพอที่จะใช้งาน ให้บรรยากาศเหมือนได้อยู่บ้าน วิวสวยนั่งดูเรือชิวๆ เจ้าของบ้านดูแลเอาใจใส่ดี มีข้อติคือสุนัขจรจัดเยอะไปหน่อยเวลาเข้าบ้านก็จะมีระแวงบ้าง แต่โดยรวมถือว่าโอเค

Nagyon jól éreztük Magunkat. Kellemes környezet, gyönyörű növényzet. A medencét nagyon szerettük, gyors felfrissülést biztosított a számunkra. Nyugodt csendes környék. Bolttal közlekedve minden gyorsan elérhető.

Got nothing bad to mention, the stay was perfect.

Our host was very accommodating and responsive. Mam even drove us around on our first day to buy food and drinks. It was 10-20 minute drive from the busy spots of Pattaya. The place was a bit old (but in a good way), very huge, and beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in this home.

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Authentic Thai style place with a swimming pool at backyard. We had everything we needed. Also we came for Wonderfruit and it was a perfect place to get there without any hustle. If you are looking for a calm place to stay outside the noisy Pattaya it’s also a good choice. I definitely recommend this place.

This house is comfortable and conveniently located not far from the golf course we played at. The host communicated with us very well, and the house was well-equipped with amenities. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

We have been at this wonderful place for a bit more then a month. The host was friendly and responsive to all requests. It’s a huge territory with beautiful greens and birds around you. The quiet sunrises and sundowns with clear sky and beautiful stars everyday. Every room has an AC/vents which makes the stay comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing, the house clean and tidy as well, the villa is being maintained all the time. Inside it fees like a family house which was perfect for us. Huge kitchen, bbq zone, sports zone and a terrace are the main points of interest. Nearest beach is 10minutes by car, the villa itself located in a peaceful and quiet village. There are several supermarkets and fruit points in a 1km around area. Thanks for this amazing place, we will try to come back soon)

nydelig hus, rolige omgivelser og perfekt for avslapping. Verten var superhyggelig og veldig behagelig og snakke med, her anbefaler jeg alle og ta seg noen dager viss de er i Pattaya området, gang avstand til Stranden og mangen fine resturanter i området, anbefales på det sterkeste! Jeg er superfornøyd! 🙂
