Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Great place to escape from normal daily city routines and noise. Even if you visit us during the summer or winter you are in the right place. You can ride bikes on beatifull trails towards Traunsee and Attersee lakes for sunbathing and swim during the summer. 30 min car drive from Fuerkogel if you are into experincing new downhill trails during the summer and beautifull ski slopes during the winter. The apartment is perfect for 3 adults or a familly with 2 children

Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Everything is great, nice old apartment as in the photos. Good location, fast with the trams, shopping center around the corner, you are fast at the Danube/main square/old town. but still very quiet. Kitchen equipment with the essentials for very simple cooking. Overall recommended.

The stay for the 4 days was very pleasant. Christine has lovingly furnished the apartment. A very modern kitchen with all the appliances is well equipped. The conservatory with the fireplace is fantastic. Thank you for inviting me to the thermal bath, I enjoyed the evening very much. I'll be back with you on the next business trip in 2026.
