If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

We had a wonderful stay. But you definitely need a car. The place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also super equipped. The bed is super comfortable and smelled great. The pool has a relaxed size and was also super clean. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back 🥰

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt comfortable. I can only recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a vacation immediately.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Damir's place. The location of the apartment was perfect, the surroundings were peaceful and well mantained. It’s a really nice accommodation with pool. The host was friendly and always there for us when we had questions. Check in and check out was super easy, convenient and quick. I stayed there with some friends and it’s fairly close to Zadar to do daytrips or go out at night and easily get back. It’s a new building with modern equipment and furnishing. I would 100% recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: We were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said that he couldn't decide that himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with small children are prepared.

We had an absolutely fantastic time in the villa! The accommodation was exactly as described - if not even more beautiful. Everything was well maintained, stylishly furnished and perfectly equipped. The location was quiet and great for unwinding. A big thank you to our host – a real superhost! Communication was straightforward, friendly and always helpful. You felt welcome from the first moment. We can fully recommend this villa and the host – we could not have spent our Croatia vacation better. Gladly again!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and as described, the garden is an absolute highlight. We were able to eat kumquats and season our food with the herbs! Those who arrive at the right time will also get their own tomatoes and potatoes. Three hammocks under olive trees and an outdoor shower make a sunny day even better! Only the small thistles should be careful if you like to walk barefoot or have small children, but is not a big problem. The pdf file that Anamarija had already sent in advance includes all the information about the house and the area. Marija was waiting for us and gave us the most important information. Questions were answered within minutes. We fully recommend this place!

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully furnished. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

One of the best place we have ever stayed

Beautiful country house in Mediterranean style and large plot, directly by the nature park. Perfect as a starting point for hiking, cycling or swimming in the sea. Simply great!

Beautifully furnished apartment with a stunning roof terrace with jacuzzi, sun loungers and sea views! A real gem! We can only recommend this stay... Nin and its surroundings are absolutely worth exploring. The picturesque center of Nin is within walking distance. We certainly hope to be able to come back here again!

We had a fantastic stay. the house is lovely, and was really clean, bed were very comfy. The trampoline was a plus for our kids (3&5yo). there is aircon in the main bedroom and also in the main open plan area. They let us check in a bit earlier which was lovely. They also had all the stuff you need for cooking like salt, oil, etc. and host left out some treats and fresh vegs from their garden. There is a beach 5min walk, and also a bar and a restaurant with nice food. Supermarket is about 15min walk, or 2 min drive, we went at the end of July so had to drive, otherwise heat was a bit much. Also very short drive there are other restaurants and shops. It's a perfect place if you have a car and want to drive around and explore and come back to a lovely place. Thank you for having us

First of all Neven was the best host i have ever encountered. In all those years i have been using airbnb i have never met a more welcoming, more helpful and well organized host than neven. The House was perfectly clean, didn’t lack of anything you would need in a house. He offered me his netflix account, he gave me insider tips where to go and where to eat. He made sure i was having my privacy respected at all times. All in all it was worth every euro that i paid for this airbnb. If i could i would have given him 10 instead of 5 stars!

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

A great holiday in Privlaka - absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time in this vacation home in Privlaka! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always available, without being intrusive. You felt welcome from the first moment. The house itself was modern, clean and lovingly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful garden and the magnificent pool, which invite you to relax and enjoy. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Location was also perfect. Everything you need for a successful holiday was available in the vicinity: shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. In addition, Privlaka was an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. We have discovered many charming cities in the area (e.g. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik, etc.). We had a wonderful holiday in the Ventus Blue as a family of four (with 2 adult children). The house is very well equipped, nicely furnished and was sparkling clean when we arrived. It is small, but it was perfectly sufficient for us in the good weather we had, as we could spend most of the time outside. The air conditioning upstairs was pleasant for sleeping. The location of the house was perfect for us: absolutely quiet in beautiful countryside between mountains and sea and at the same time close enough to the village to shop on foot, to drink and eat or to go to the small quiet beach. Sime's parents welcomed us very nicely and Sime himself was easy to reach. For those who prefer nature and tranquility on vacation, the Ventus Blue is highly recommended!
