We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is directly on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it is not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The equipment is great, the existing SUP is a big plus and allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely holiday! The house was beautiful and equipped with all comforts. 4 beautiful bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful swimming pool, 2 verandas in the shade, a BBQ. The reception was very warm and we were pleasantly surprised with some cold drinks and fresh fruit. During our stay, Ivana and her brother Marin gave us nice tips about the area. The location of the house is great; beaches, restaurants and supermarket in the immediate vicinity.

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. We’ve just returned from a fantastic week away in Alan and Sanja’s beautiful home. The villa was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 3 children). The pool, games room and cinema were amazing for the children. The decor was stunning! We’ve taken inspiration home with us. The hosts were amazing - friendly and responsive and provided us with some brilliant local recommendations, including a boat trip and restaurant who did delivery for our last night. We’d highly recommend a stay here.

We felt very comfortable with 5 people in the accommodation as described. Particularly noteworthy is the air conditioning, which allowed us to sleep at a pleasant temperature even on warm summer nights. In addition, the pool offers pleasant cooling. The property can be reached in a few minutes by car from the airport and there is a supermarket directly opposite. By car, it's about 15-20 minutes to Zadar.

Misto II was everything we hoped for and more! The location is perfect—super quiet and private but just a quick drive to Primosten. We loved the pool, the outdoor seating area, and the stunning views. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

Ivana is a great host very reliable and probably the best tourguide in town ! the house is amazing and has all things you need with stunning views/pool/amazing balconies and sport opportunities beaches in walking distance . thank you so much !

Great Airbnb with plenty of space, cozy beds and couch as well as a very nice pool. We were even allowed to check in earlier and check out later. It was all very straightforward.

This house is beautiful,well equipped,lovely rural location but you can walk to a bar and 2 shops.luka even had 2 bikes for us to borrow .I took my 3 children their spouses and 3 grandchildren aged 7 months to nearly 4 years .we all loved it. Luka’s wife Ivona was so helpful.

Communication, check in and everything was good. The place itself is amazing. Everything’s new and the outdoor area is beautiful. We had so much fun!

We liked it very much! The place was really so quiet and you were totally private. A chair/lounger was always missing for the 7th person. Those who are afraid of wasps should not book, as they are outside by the pool all day and drink, but otherwise they do nothing :)

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We immediately felt at home and definitely want to come back. Our highlights were the pool with the pool toy, the jacuzzi overlooking the mountains, the dining table and the hanging chair outside.

My family and I had a wonderful, unforgettable stay at this super tranquille and beautiful little Villa. The whole property was spotlessly clean, and Luka the host and his mother, made us feel very welcome. The pool was a nice size for us, if a little cold in May. Posedarje is a nice little quiet village. It was pre-season, so there wasn't much going on. But that suited us, as a quiet holiday was just what we hoped for. Zadar town was only a 30min drive in our Hire Car, for when we wanted a bit more excitement. This area of Croatia is very beautiful, with many little villages and mountains near by to explore. This super clean, little Villa is perfect for a small family. We made some great memories that we'll cherish. We hope to make a return visit someday. Thank you Luka!

During a motorcycle road trip from France, we stayed 2 nights in Ivan's house. We really enjoyed the accommodation which is very nice, decorated with great taste and very clean. We had a really great vacation. The house is very large and divided into two floors, the outside area and the pool are beautiful and there is plenty of shade. The temperature of the pool was perfect. There are two large tables (by the pool and on a terrace) which are great for eating at. There is also a barbecue which is perfect for large groups. Anita and her family also offer food that can be ordered and delivered for a fair price. Anita is a great host - she is always available and also gave us good tips for beaches or attractions nearby. The location of the house is quiet and about 30 minutes from the airport. Anita‘s family lives next door to the house - so it’s important to keep to the quiet times (10pm-8am) and to avoid loud noises or parties. Our water in the house didn't work for half a day, but Anita was extremely helpful and we were in constant contact with her. All in all, a great stay in a very nice house!
